Water slides were unavailable kids were so disappointed. All staff do not have the same rules one says one thing and another says one thing. MEHDI was the most helpful. Tip... if you walk out of the hotel you will find a taxi.. beware of cheeky workers insisting on getting you one as they will add extra price on the actual fee. Bathrooms need updating we had 6 rooms and most of the bathrooms really need doing up ...

the room was outdated, the charging port was handing out which makes it very dangerous for the kids. the shower head was broken, the water flow is too slow. breakfast was basics and very little choices. Not much effort was made.

The property is tired with what appears to be a lack of maintenance, we stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 separate occasions in February, and on each visit the room had multiple issues; broken light fittings, minibar fridges not working patio doors not locking, leaking taps. The staff are hit and miss, some are quite pleasant while others are grumpy and non-engaging.

The seasonal buffet breakfast (spring) is very good with a wide range of fresh and tasty options.

It wasn’t worth the price I paid for. Staff were very rude rooms were not as nice as it showed on the pictures. Breakfast buffets had long queues. Restaurant not very organised and breakfast ends at 10:00am so if you wake up late u get no breakfast.

Damage toilet seat, missing bed cover, missing TV Remote Control, no barcon table, or chairs. no room service from the baffai. beside that the hotel corrected these condition, for the exception of room service from the baffai.

Receptions tend to discriminate foreigners to my personal experience. I stood at reception way before their own nationalities but they only speak to them and ignore me or interrupt my conversation to attend to them. One time one of their reception staff came from the back and ask their own people whether they have been attended to,completely skipping me and ignoring me. When we finally got our room card, the staff member who was assigned to accompany us to the room left us half way, refusing to go up the stairs with us to show us the room and test the cards . I belive he k eq that some times these cards to work and wants to save himself from going up and down the stairs. I found this to be mere laziness and careless towards the guest. Unfortunately card did t work until the 3rd attempt around 6pm from 1pm. A lady at the hamam and spa is very crafty and deceiving. She charged me 150 MAD for the pool. I did not proceed to use the pool and she said I cannot have my refund as she has already put it in the system. Very disgusting attitude towards tourist, Also the restaurant buffet not worth it at all. It is better you order from the menu

The kids like the aqua parc facility. Breakfast buffet was nice, Swimming guards are doing a brilliant job.

The room very old dosn’t look like a room for hotel 5 stars , there is no tessue the bed very old the towels look beige and old . Was there problem on the system the card keys not working u have to go each time to reception and waiting sometimes one hour to find someone go with you to open it .

The hotel is very opulent looking when you walk in but under the surface it’s quite old and dated. Any further from the main foyer you’re met with stained carpets running through the corridors and very dated decor. The bathroom had a broken shower head so had to be held when washing, the grout was orange which explains a lot. The pool is probably the most admiring feature. Housekeeping were lovely however and did make sure we had enough of everything.

The property is in a good location, the main entrance is situated to the back of a main road about a 10 minute taxi ride from the main square. The pool facilities are amazing. The staff really try hard to get everyone involved in their games in/around the pool. The pool area is kept clean and there’s plenty of sun beds available. The children’s play area in the pool area was a lot of fun for my 2 youngest, there are salon and spa facilities as well as a kids club running throughout the day. The main foyer is very grand and opulent looking with a small albeit expensive shop. The hotel is located about a 2 minute drive from a small mall with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket which is handy. The room was a good size with its own balcony attached. Towels and toiletries were provided by the hotel as well as a mini fridge and safe in the room. The bathroom was a good size and had a bath installed as well as a bidet. Air con in the room was a lovely bonus to escape the 44° weather outside. Breakfast was lovely if you get there early. Any later than 8:30/9am and it’s like a cattle market. Tables piled high with food for other family members yet to arrive, long queues for the coffee machine/water and juice fountains. There’s a good variety of food and the bread is fresh daily.

The key cards for the guest rooms are currently experiencing technical difficulties. As a result, guests will be required to visit the reception desk each time they wish to enter their room, as the key cards frequently deactivate. Additionally, we are experiencing a shortage of towels, and guests may need to wait for them to be laundered before they can be delivered to their rooms. On a positive note, the breakfast provided is more than adequate, and the entertainment options are also satisfactory. The location of the establishment is highly favorable, and the gym and swimming pools are of excellent quality.

We had to request a change of room because the first had a view of a security room where they could watch us and constant noise from a rooftop machine. The towels were very old. The bell boy was very ignorant. We had to shout at him to not run off with our luggage when we changed rooms, which then took around an hour for him to come to the correct room.

Rachid from the breakfast hall was great, very attentive and polite. The water slides were great fun, but not all were open. The manager was nice and provided a room change, but only after we complained.
