Customer service was great. Staff were hardworking, attentive and very accommodating. I had informed the hotel that I was gluten free. I didn’t have to inform them again throughout my stay, even when there was a change over of staff. The hotel is also very clean and wi-fi is pretty good throughout the hotel. We are a little way out from the main attractions. However, the free bus shuttle offered by the hotel meant this was not an issue. A lovely hotel that we’re keen to visit again.

Perhaps a little more proactive service around the pool for drinks & food. But I’m being super critical as the service upon request is exceptional.

Stunning boutique oasis away from the hustle & bustle of Marrakesh & the Medina. We ventured into the Medina 3 nights out of 4 and the peace and tranquility when you return is perfect. Beautiful rooms, amazing pool area with loads of space around the comfortable sun beds. And some of the biggest & best doors I’ve ever seen in a hotel. More suited to a James Bond villains lair, but in a really cool way. Loved the hotel!!

The hotel was lovely - amazing pools, lots of sun loungers, shady spots and spots in full sun. The room itself was incredible, with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee and a lovely private garden area. The stand out was the staff, who were so friendly and helpful and who remembered us. We had a great recommendation for dinner in Marrakesh and they organised very helpful taxi drivers. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Wow! This hotel is amazing and the staff are wonderful. They really do go above and beyond, it's the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everything is beautiful and peaceful at this hotel. We had an amazing, spacious, comfy room with a lovely view and the food at the restaurant is delicious. The communication with the hotel after booking was great too. We really appreciated the free shuttle into the centre of Marrakesh as well. We can't wait to return!

Everything was great.

The suite was perfect. Loads of space and a great private pool and outside area to relax. Food was good and all facilities were lovely. The Spa was amazing. Had an amazing Hamman and massage - well worth it.

Linear drains in bathroom cause a drain smell in room, despite regular cleaning by cleaning staff. I have a linear shower drain at the home so I have the same issue. However, multiple air fresheners in the room to compensate which some may like, however I don't like the chemicals in fragrance/air fresheners so I was finding myself unplugging them every day

Lovely and quiet boutique hotel. Staff were friendly. The hotels shuttles to and from the hotel to Medina were so useful. The hotel is about 15 minutes out, which wasn't too far. Actually I found it perfect to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the Medina, although in the future I may opt to spend 2 nights in a Riad. I purposely chose this hotel for its closeness to the Medina however the tranquility of a hotel with a pool. Hotel is still in an up and coming area and in a few years there will be many large luxury hotels and resorts in the area Owner was lovely, met him on of the days. Mint tea available was lovely. Breakfast always fresh and relaxing, staff attentive as always. For 2 nights we didn't eat in the Medina, but chose to eat in the hotel and the food was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, everything was great.

Beautiful hotel with pool amenities and spa. The heated pool was invaluable in the mornings when the sun was still shy. Food was delicious and they catered to international tastes. But the most wonderful thing about Sirayane was the staff. They were always kind and ready to assist. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend.

All the staff were very polite,courteous & friendly. The rooms were great. The varied facilities. The free shuttle to and from the city centre. Being able to order taxis so easily. The cleaner got to know when we were at breakfast and cleaned the rooms quickly and efficiently.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel.

Absolutely loved staying here from the moment we arrived. We were so looked after and everyone was so friendly. It’s located about 15-20 minutes outside the Medina and you will certainly love retuning to the hotel after the busy hustle and bustle of the markets, motorbikes, spices and carpets! The pace here suddenly goes down a few notches and you feel relaxed and ready to have a glass of Prosecco and a fantastic meal. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I stayed here with a my best freind we were on a girls trip for 4 days. The shuttle takes you in and out of the medina free a few days a week which makes life very easy. Otherwise they organise transport for about £7 each way. Lovely clean room overlooking the pool. We stayed in a twin executive room which was lovely. I’m one of the fussiest people ever about accommodation and I truly cannot find anything negative to say about this fabulous hotel. A great find and little bit of oasis just outside a very busy city but close enough to get back into it in a matter of minutes.

We initially thought the mattress might be too firm for us, but it proved to be comfortable and we slept really well :)

This hotel is great: absolutely clean and comfortable, with a warm and friendly vibe. All staff were exceptional. The bar offers banging cocktails. The restaurant menu is sufficiently varied that we enjoyed lunch and dinner there daily for our four-day stay. The cuisine is very, very good.

As a Scandinavian, beds were slightly to the hard side, i enjoy a bit softer. But everybody who has travelled Southern Europe has tried way harder - Italy and Spain, looking at you! :-)

Had a great experience and will return, if we come back to Marrakech. The one outstanding thing here was the service level, all people we met, from pool team to hotel manager went out of their way to suggest things that we never considered but realized we actually needed/was helpful and considerate. And basically no misunderstandings or surprises occurred, which being in Marrakech is extremely unusual. There was better service than most 5* in Europe, basically. Few examples: They upgraded us to be able to stay close together as a family of 4 (with two teenagers), they delivered breakfast to our rooms on the day of departure (very early in the morning) never thought of that, I didn't enjoy the coffee in the breakfast buffet (nescafe, i believe) but they brought coffee from the espresso machine in the bar instead at no extra charge, small things that really add up.

Being picky... a couple of things needed some upkeep. Shower design was flawed (it flooded every time), the pool has some loose tiles. It is a way out of town...

Fantastic staff, great room, good gym. Great pool and poolside space, poolside bed/loungers were so comfortable. Worth repeating how excellent and committed the staff were. I am tough to please but I really liked this place and would definitely go back.
