Everything!! The location exactly in the middle between Kotor and Tivat. The staff was so nice and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. The room was sparkling clean and spacious The breakfast was exceptional.

The Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic part of Kotor. It's a beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The room exceeded my expectations with an incredible view of the bay. My partner was welcomed with a complimentary desert and bottle of wine for his birthday. We had a lovely stay and will 100% recommend.

The transportation to and from the hotel can be a bit complicated due to high traffic and very narrow road.

The staff was amazing, especially the local ones. The room was specious, well equipped and very clean, the bed was awesome and the breakfast was fantastic. Also, the walls are not paper thin so I could not hear anyone else which was great. I would recommend this hotel any day now.

The acces road from Kotor center to the hotel, almost 6 km is very narrow and you often have problems with the traffic.

Since there are many cats around the hotel and near the sauna window, small shelters could be built to protect them from harsh weather conditions

I loved the friendliness and politeness of staff members. There was a particular female staff that brought me strawberry for my waffles for 2 days and that meant a lot to me. The hotel was always clean. The spa smelt nice. Overall, it was a splendid experience

I think during off season not really a substantial bar area, but during the season good options.

In order to get to the hotel, a long narrow road by the bay is needed to be travelled to. The road obviously only fits a lane but being used as 2 lanes. The road is kinda dangerous because there are no barricades to the sea side mostly so a wrong turn and no precautions can fall your car. Overall, after days of passing by the road several times, we’ve gotten used to it. Technique is to follow behind the bus because everyone gives way to busses !!

We had stayed over during an off peak season in early March to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and our late anniversary. I really loved how the hotel has given us a very accommodating vibe - valet parking when we arrived, welcome drinks of prosecco during checking in and even preparing a little surprise for international women’s day with a complementary dessert and wine! The property is located in a secluded area where you can fully relax and enjoy the bay view of Kotor. The hotel also has a lot of access to everything - spa, indoor pools, hotel restaurants, mini grocery beside the hotel, and even a free parking if you are planning to do road-trips in Montenegro. We also booked the room with the hot tub sea view. Lastly, I have had a past minute bday surprise to my fiancé which the Hotel Staff has prepared (and even wrote a handwritten letter I asked to be on screen but was not available then) perfectly and this made the whole trip and our anniversary more memorable!

Everything was just perfect :) Ideal spa, delicious and varied breakfasts, clean, comfortable room. Complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of local wine was a nice touch. It was my second stay, and I hope I’ll visit again.
