Nice location away from the busy area but within walking distance to beach (about 10 mins). Staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful. Parking on site within the locked compound is great. Room was spacious with dining tables and sofa.

Located on the top floor of the adjacent building, this room features a window set 4 meters high, facing East. Unfortunately, the window lacks any form of covering, allowing sunlight to stream directly onto the bed starting at 6 AM, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Despite being a small hotel, the breakfast selection was impressive. The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated the flexibility of the free cancellation policy. Additionally, having on-site parking was a rare and convenient feature for Budva.

Very cozy, clean hotel in quiet Budva neighborhood, for average needs stay. Near market stores and road to Bečići beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent, much diverse food. Charming, helpful receptionists, and a cat at doorstep makes the stay more pleasant.

Be carefull about what they charge from you and keep the payment receipts for proof. No facility for coffee or tea after breakfast time either in the hotel kitchen or in the room.
Hotel was so clean and new, the breakfast was so good. There was a balcony in the room and a laundry hanging so you can dry your clothes easily

This was a lovely budget hotel. We actually enjoyed it a lot. Comfortable and clean room, although very basic. Nice balcony. Small, but functional bathroom. Nice breakfast. Parking on site. Good location.

In the early morning it was too much light because the curtain was thin and yellow. The parking can be a little bit difficult beacuse after the reservation it turns out that they only have 4-5 parking spots and you can't book it upfront. If you arrive late, you don't have a spot. But near to the hotel there is a small private garden, where you can leave your car and walk back. For more money of course.
The bathroom was really clean and nice. And the breakfast was great!

The place is cozy and quiet, no loud sounds, no music or car noises at night. AC worked perfectly and helped a lot with heat wave. The hotel is not too far but in some distance from the most touristic part of the town so there are many cafes with good prices and no crowds. Grocery is also nearby
