IrelandThe rooms are very tired and need updating. A plume of dust came off the curtains on day one and by the end of week one my room had not been hoovered.
The warm friendly welcome from the lovely staff everywhere in the hotel - reception, concierge, housekeeping, catering, wellness and leisure. I also loved the afternoon tea and happy 2 hours in The Lounge.

Highly recommended! A truly customer-oriented hotel. We had a complaint about our room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quick and professional response. We were promptly moved to an upgraded room with additional services at no extra charge. Special thanks to the hotel manager (sorry do not remember the name:( ) for the quick response and generous room upgrade. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and customer-oriented approach made our stay truly exceptional. The best start to the 2026, excellent service, delicious food and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Hong KongBreakfast - I stayed here for 5 days but they provided the same food selection every day. It would be great if they could change one or two different foods.
Location: convenient, near pubs, restaurants and shopping centre. Staff - friendly and professional. I appreciated the concierge's suggestion. I had a wonderful Jeep safari experience at GoZo and the city tour was lovely. Delicious breakfast - plenty of choice eg hot meal, drinks, traditional food and pasties. Room - cosy and spacious. Thank you for the complimentary chocolate.

MaltaThe TV was ultra modern but very hard to operate remote control and only limited amounbt of channels listed with a local company with stations (especially music) either not available or get stuck.
The Hotel managers were PRESENT and ready to decide when things unofrseen events happened. They visited the room in person and ascerttained that remedial action has been taken. Upgraded the room, gave us entrance to lounge and allowed late check out

It was a truly fantastic stay from start to finish. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an incredibly kind and professional woman at the reception. Her genuine hospitality immediately made us feel at home, and we instantly fell in love with the hotel. She even upgraded our room, and we stayed on the 12th floor. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with an exceptionally good bed. We were also greeted with a lovely welcome: two small bottles of drinks, a box of exclusive chocolates, as well as tea, coffee, and bottled water. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent – fresh, varied, and very enjoyable. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding breakfast team. From the moment we arrived each morning, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special mention goes to Jones, a Swedish staff member who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. We were also often served by a lovely young woman from Georgia who was consistently kind and attentive; our conversations with her were both enjoyable and educational. Despite it being the busy Christmas period, with many guests to attend to, the breakfast staff were always present, helpful, and smiling – not only with us, but with everyone. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality were truly impressive. The hotel also has a beautiful two-level restaurant by the sea, just a few meters from the hotel. On the upper floor, Neapolitan pizza was served, which we can highly recommend – the food was excellent. The restaurant staff were equally friendly and professional. One of the waiters, a very polite and kind man from Nepal (unfortunately we don’t remember his name), made a particularly positive impression. We give the hotel, its restaurants, and all the staff full marks and warmly recommend this place.

Kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach. The breakfast was excellent , loved the live egg station. Overall we are really happy we will be booking again.

GermanyNo possibility to easily clean the toilet independently due to missing toilet brush and hand shower. The indoor pool was very shallow so that it was difficult to swim. Sauna and hammam were not hot enough and there was no real etiquette in the pool and sauna area, e.g. people were walking with outdoor shoes in the pool area and everyone wore bathing clothes in the sauna.
Very nice, attentive and helpful hotel staff. The breakfast had a great variety and was of very good quality. The Room was spacious and clean.
