🏨- Five star hotel with a very good beach, but a strong float, so hard to stay at the same place , A boat house (eg free snorkelling, glass boat), a good gym a pool in the main area one for adults only, one for all and a C-shaped one; the hotel is very modern, rooms are really good; it took us one min to the beach, the feeling is like on a british Land house 🌮 - The breakfast and dinner is very good and the areas look the Same but Food is different, the buffet in the morning is very good and a huge varity of dishes. The coffee ok, could be better. Only minus in the hotel is the Food „on the Beach“ from the beach bar- Small portions and OK-taste 👩💻 - Staff is very helpful and quick to respond. You get a stuff Buddy for your stay who is coming twice to See if everything is alright, a WhatsApp group is created where you can ask more a less everything 💵 - Value for money, I would say; the location , room and facilities are good, a real 5 Star hotel

We had a great experience at the Heritage, from check-in to when we left. We were greeted by our amazing host Noor, who was so helpful throughout our stay. We were traveling with a baby and they gave us everything we needed, from a sterilizer to a diaper trashcan. Our room was incredible and always neatly clean, the beach was beautiful,and the food was great at all the restaurants we tried. We for sure come back!

United KingdomWe were half board but be mindful that some menu items are not included in the ‘packages’ and the staff might always tell you. We were caught out and it caused some confusion on check out with an unexpected amount we couldn’t account for. It was all explained by the check out team, but the waiter should have informed us at the table. It wouldn’t have changed what we ordered but it would have mitigated an awkward conversation at reception
Rooms were huge, 4 restaurants, quiet, peaceful, 2 good sized pools (one probably 40m and the other roughly 25m). Beautifully kept gardens and interiors were stylish and comfortable. Felt like we were in a small village - all rooms are basically suites with a veranda overlooking a garden or beach, super comfortable bed, bathroom/walkin wardrobe. Lovely to sit out in the early morning and hear the birds chattering. Most guest are there for the golf which we weren’t however our concierge organised whatever we needed to really get a feel for the island.

SpainThe organization and coordination of the staff could be better. The system was down several times and despite having all inclusive (gourmet package) the billing and the payment every time we ate was 30min minimum. I ended up paying several things that I though it was included because the lack og coordination and information. Nevertheless, the staff tried to help as much as they could but this needs to be improved as it gets a real bad impression.
The facilities were amazing and the vibe great. We enjoyed a lot the sunset at the pool and walking around the hotel. Lota of restaurants and options.

United KingdomFelt intimate, not a run of the mill all inclusive. The new La Reserva course was the best Links golf course we have ever played and felt like an experience the minute we arrived at the clubhouse. The Chateau restaurant was very special with superb service and food.

I liked everything about the architecture and concept of this very well sized resort and its beautiful surrounding gardens. The program which they have implemented in order to be a green key hotel and to decrease their carbon footprint and permit the guests to consciously participate in an environmentally sustainable vacation is noteworthy.
