Very weak shower & sink water pressure. Went to Rooftop bar for early drinks & we were the only customers, which was fine since it was early Saturday. But there were no show & we were charged 440 pesos for only 2 vodka drinks. Needless to say we left after only one round & never returned. And probably will never return again.

The property had been cleaned up and some renovations to the rooms based on my memories fro 2019. The room was cleaned, staff were attentive and met needs.

It is very tun down as far as its amenities. Old rickety faucets in the showers. Amenities are lacking.

The shower was a challenge getting the water the right temperature. Wobbly faucet and sink. However, it was more affordable and fine for our needs.

We love hanging out on the beach front of property having drinks and food. The servers are great. Luis was especially excellent on taking care of us.

Physically a somewhat tired and older hotel. Be prepared for loud night music until around 10 pm. It took two service requests to repair maintenance issues in my room.

The hotel staff was warm, welcoming and eager to assist. My housekeeper was excellent.

The communal areas were a little dirty(though we were early in the season), can be quite noisy with the bar playing music most of the day.

The beach club was great and the staff were very friendly. The location is pretty good in Zona Romantica.

The furniture is not in good condition,there is no chairs in the room, and no where to put our luggage only on the floor, I believe that room furniture needs to be updated for the price.

Room quality was inconsistent. My room was a higher category than my friend’s but the shower and toilet had poor water pressure, there were cracks in the walls and the view outside the window was of a building that was falling apart.

The location is great. Julio at the front desk was warm and friendly. Beautiful rooftop bar.

The biggest issue was when the A/C broke in my room during my first night. I dropped by the front desk 3 times the next day, morning, early, and late afternoon, and kept being assured it would be fixed. When I returned from a night out in the middle of the night, it was still broke, and the desk clerk refused to give me a key to another room without paying the difference. Another employee sort-of fixed it the next morning, but that sort of stress in the middle of the night was a pretty bad start to the week. Unrelatedly, some small comforts could make things nicer.... extra pillows or blankets in the closet, for example, and there were little inconsistencies in housekeeping (sometimes no washcloth one day, or no soap replacement), though overall rooms are fine.

The location can't be beat! Lovely spot, great patch of beach, generally helpful staff.

They just give one key per room even tho there are two guests in each room. Made it very inconvenient. Hot water was not working.
