The accommodations, location and staff were all wonderful. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely stay at Casa Cleo again.

Casa Cleo is in a beautiful building with gorgeous details at the lobby level. The rooms were stylishly decorated and spotless. The beds were super comfortable. The staff (Daniel, Mariana, a young man at the front desk whose name we regrettably forgot , and Carlos, Alfredo were all very friendly and helpful; a special thanks to Daniel who made sure we had all we needed for an excellent stay). The complimentary breakfast was good and healthy. The location was convenient, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores in Condesa.

The design, space and cleanliness were perfect. The staff were also unbelievably nice. Always gave great recommendations and were very helpful and promptm. The location is also great. Super easy to walk around to all the tourist hot spots. Will definitely be seeking out this location upon our return.

Only suggestion would be a waste bin in the kitchen as we felt bad piling up our bottles, etc on the counter.

Absolutely lovely staff - kind, attentive, and helpful. Beautiful sparkling clean facilities, spacious and well stocked room, charming terrace, and a perfect healthy continental breakfast. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Absolutely nothing.

The apt was large, well lit and very comfortable. The location is perfect in Condessa, close to so many cafes and bars. The park is a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The staff is helpful

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is huge. The bed is comfortable. The record player is a great touch. Fully equipped kitchenette. Amazing bathroom. Just every little detail done right. And a fantastic staff. Loved every bit of this, and in a great neighborhood close to lots of awesome restaurants and beautiful parks and boulevards. Saw how highly rated this place was and it's for good reason: they've made these places perfect.

There was a lot of loud and random noises even at night. Not sure if it was the water pump or elevator but the noise was a bit loud. The beds are short so if you are tall you're feet may hang over.

It was a clean and modern space. The staff was very welcoming. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. And liked they had a record player!

The complementary breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Brilliant location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed with well appointed kitchen and lounge area. We had friends visit for drinks. There were enough glasses for entertaining and room in the lounge area ro relax. The record player and old vinyl was a nice treat. There was a coffee machine and ground coffee provided in the room. There is a Walmart Express close by so we bought breakfast cereal. There are also plenty of great coffee shops nearby.

Nothing I didn’t like! Breakfast didn’t have too many options but I didn’t mind that too much.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel! The room was so clean and amenities were great (including Bose speakers for the room). The whole hotel smelled so good we went to buy the scent for ourselves haha. However the best part was the incredible security staff. They were there around the clock, helping us with our luggage, personally opening the gates whenever we left the hotel, and even ensuring our safety when helping us grab our food delivery orders. I can’t say enough good things about how great the staff was!

They have someone there at the property 24/7 and they greet you and give you the key and check you in.

The free breakfast was light but delicious. It's on a side street which makes it very quiet and calm. The front desk and security were very friendly.
