Viviana (the host) was very welcoming, competent and gave us fantastic suggestions. The house is marvelous, with loads of space and a very relaxing pool area. We had a lovely time.

We splashed out a bit with this place since we are just a family of three and it was much bigger than we needed! But it was so pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. The AC, wifi, and hot water were all great. The pool is small but it was still so nice to take a quick plunge whenever we wanted. The house is on a quiet street alongside some very nice homes. We drove a rental car - the place was easy to find and it was nice to park right outside the front door. Valladolid is pretty small so despite the quiet location it was an easy walk to the city center. Soon after we checked in Vivyana came by to show us around and answer questions. She was very friendly and communicative all throughout the process, and provided a lot of good advice about things to do nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The location is a little isolated; it's not a really big deal since Valladolid is a small town, but since one of our party has some mobility issues, walking from the house to downtown was too hard for her and we had to drive. If we hadn't had a car, I think we would have really regretted staying out there instead of the center.

The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was by far the most detailed introduction to a rental I've experienced, and she was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the kitchen. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and great for a large group.

There was no aircon downstairs to the kitchen/living room so it was quite hot.

The property was extremely clean, has a private backyard with pool and parking available. It is in a nice neighborhood although in a quiet area, about a 15 minute walk to town. The host was very nice and had lots of local recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The house and kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals and be comfortable. Airconditioning to each bedroom.

This is likely normal for a Mexican home but A/C units are only in the upper part of the house (bedrooms). Ceiling fans are in every room. This only was an issue for us during the warmest part of the day though. Just something for other renters to be aware of. Only local television… again, this was not really problematic for us but it would have been nice to have more options. A microwave and 1-2 more kitchen knives would have been nice.

No A/C in the main living area downstairs was a bit challenging with the hot weather, but A/C in upstairs bedrooms worked well.

Well located house in a quiet neighborhood near grocery store and conveniences. Easy access to charming town center. Lots of room for the whole family and the pool was clean and refreshing! Host was very welcoming.

Not a complaint as such but just be aware that plumbing in the area not fantastic. You will be binning paper not flushing so don't expect hotel-type facilities in that regard. The seal on the fridge was well worn so items didn't stay cold. We had to cool drinks in the freezer.

The property was well equipped and provided a peaceful retreat from the town. The plunge pool is fantastic and the host, who lives a couple of doors down, provided great recommendations for local food. These are the details that can really enhance your stay in the area. The place was well equipped, including a blender. Useful for mixing up those cocktails. I only wish we'd spent a couple more days in Valladolid and a couple less in Playa del Carmen.

Everything was great and no problems.

Great location in quiet area of town. Very comfortable with everything you need. Lovely garden with pool for relaxing. Communications with the hosts was great. Vivyana and Toon, were so friendly and helpful.

Slightly odd layout having to walk through one bedroom to get to the next and a shower cubicle in the bedroom.

Lovely host and super well equipped property. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Aircon in all the sleeping areas was fantastic.

Very nice and comfortable house located in a quiet street and within walking distance of the center. Ideal for exploring Valladolid and the surrounding area. Garden with swimming pool is wonderful to relax. Contact with Vivyana was easy and she helped us with some useful tips about Valladolid and the surrounding area.

A very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The Checkin instructions were clear. We arrived in Valladolid by ADO bus and then took a taxi to the house. (Be patient and don't let some taxi drivers scam you!) Our host Vivyana welcomed us after we have settled. A big supermarket was apprx. 10 minutes by foot. For the other activities we always used taxis. We also ended up booking a tour with Vivyana's company and it was a great experience. Can recommend! All in all, we had a good time in Valladolid.

Super great location, tidy, very clean and plenty of space for a decent sized group to stay. The main square which was absolutely stunning was only a ten minute walk. Would recommend
