The earthquake, which was completely out of anyone's control. The bar next door is loud, but once in my room, I couldn't hear it. Bed is a little firmer than I like. A coffee maker would be nice but not necessary. AC is a little noisy, but it drowns out the extraneous sounds.

Very convenient and close to hospital. Staff is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful. Free breakfast buffet was a big bonus. Edde, the driver, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean. Great to have cappuccino available in the morning Not a bad place to sleep.

Hotel pricing for drinks and food was absurd ..they charged like 200 pesos for a wine when you could literally walk next door and get a wine for 50 pesos and a whole bucket of beer for what they charged for 1 beer. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were small and lumpy. I had a credit card on the room for the purpose of charging things to my room when hanging by the pool I ordered a drink and let then know my room number but next day was harassed about paying for my drink when I stated it was charged to the room the manager or whomever he was stated no we do not charge to the room. Okay well why did I have to leave the card on the room then ..

Only one small bottle of water and only available in the bar. I was told that they will call a taxi for us in the morning, and in the morning when I request to call it they told no that I needed to go at the street and get it myself!! At 4:30 AM

It is under construction, but there wasn't any noise on the 7th floor. WiFi was slow but ok.

Breakfast was fine....fruit and croissant is what I chose. Staff was very friendly and attentive. It's a short walk to the beach and it was a beautiful sunset. Less busy than Puerto Vallarta melicon area. Once the construction is finished it's going to be beautiful. They have so many construction workers there that it's going to be done soon hopefully.

Hotel was in middle of renovation. Only one towel in room until we asked for more. No face clothes or hand towels. No glasses in room. Only a few staff are bilingual, so be comfortable with Spanish.

The street/construction noise. There is a lot of noise transfer from other rooms and stair well. Was also surprised to get a knock on the door at 8:30am for cleaning. Check out isn’t until noon.
