We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesOne day we were on a beach recliner, went to grab some food, and upon return our spots were stolen and blamed it on the staff.
All inclusive gives you access to 4 bars, coffee shop, 2 restaurants you need to reserve a spot for and 3 more dining areas that served breakfast and dinners around the clock. also mini food and snack stations around the facility. Friendly, and helpful staff

United StatesThe drinks and food could improve. I like the buffet style and how you have different restaurants to choose from but overall the food taste can improve. The alcohol drinks were not so great.

United StatesThe biggest drawback to this resort is the pool area. There are only cabanas and not nearly enough of them. If you don’t get one first thing in the morning and stay there all day, you will not get one at all. I don’t understand why they chose to put cabanas instead of chairs in this small area, it really makes it difficult for everyone to enjoy the pool area the way it should be. :(
The beach was beautiful and we could walk either direction for a long ways. Our granddaughter had a great time at the kids club. The food was decent and there was always something available. The ice cream and snacks in the afternoon were great as was the coffee shop.

CanadaWould have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room instead of having to go down to the coffee bar. Music sometimes a little too much. Need a few more hours quiet time. Trying to get a sun bed is very hard unless you are an early riser. Not sure about next year as hotel next door is being demolished in July 2025 and being rebuilt so could be noisy.
This place is very nice. Food is not great but more than adequate. Sometimes too salty and potatoes were practically raw. Mash is instant and salty. Saying that you can always find something to eat. Breakfast good. Rooms and beds good. Coffee bar excellent. Staff very nice except the lifeguard who is an idiot. Service very good. Pools heated and kept nice and clean. Ice cream bar and pizza bar a plus. There is a kids club also. Balconies very nice. Very quiet after 11pm when music stops. Great location near a mall. We were on the 4th floor and our maid was lovely.

United StatesThe rooms were not decorated tastefully and they definitely need upgrades. For a hotel that is ranked five stars you expect closets and drawers with doors, comforters instead of blankets to cover the beds and to have USB outlet, slippers, robes. The bathroom floor, counter and bath tub were old and rusty. The room was not very clean upon our arrival. there were hair band left from previous guests on the counter, the floor was not well cleaned. there was sand on the floor. The rooms did not even meet a four start standard. The food was not the best according to my experience but descent. The pools were too small for the number of people .
The staff were nice and helpful and the service was good. It was close to the city center and old town There were beautiful scenes around the ground and lobby with plenty of restaurants and bars on site. Everything was conveniently located in the resort. The beach was nice .

CanadaThere are not enough chairs at the pool or at the beach unless you wake up at 7am and are willing to stay until 9am because they will remove your belongings. People would leave their stuff for hours on end at the pool and beach. I would not return there with my family and I'm glad we were only there for 2 nights because there really isn't much happening.
I have nothing bad to say about the hotel apart that there is not much to do. Not really family oriented, it's very small, mostly older aged couple and very few families. Staff was kind and helpful, restaurants were alright and rooms comfortable. Drinks were delicious.

United KingdomHaving to book in the morning for the 2 bookable restaurants - when only staying 1 night meant they were booked by morning. Would be good to offer some sort of online booking for this vs calling desk from room.
Clean modern and well operating resort hotel. Room was large and fully equipped, staff friendly and proactive with dinner and drinks service. Food in the small lunch buffet was less impressive than the larger beachfront restaurant. Pool and lounging facilities lovely, all round a great place & great price for all inc.

CanadaThe food was not as good as it was in May. Saying that, there was always something you could find to eat. Soups very bland. Very hard to get a sunbed. Need to be there right at eight , so for me this is not a vacation where you can sleep in, if you want a sunbed. The Krystal hotel down the road will toss towels on the bed if nobody has been there for 30 minutes. That way it stops people putting their towels down and leaving for the rest of the day. The pillows are abit hard. Suggest you bring your own. No coffee pots in room. I would bring my own for a long stay.
Have stayed here before. Coffee bar and staff very good. Rooms comfortable. Beds good. Service excellent. My family had a good time. My 7 year old granddaughter learned to swim in the pool. Pools are heated and there is an adult only pool. Location is not far from PV main town. Internet is very good. Big mall a very short walk away.

CanadaThe two a la cart restaurants filled up very quickly and the booking process was unclear at first.
First the activities staff was so fun and friendly, Issac’s aquasize class was hilarious! -every single day! The food was delicious and it was everywhere! Banana bread with lattes at the coffee bar, ice cream cones and fresh fruit at the ice cream bar and hot pizzas, mini burgers or fish tacos if you felt like a snack between meals! The desserts were amazing! The music was wonderful but not overpowering, a single musician playing a string instrument beautifully to accompany yoga or morning coffee, subdued classical or jazz in afternoons and music that could be danced to in the evening! So fun! There were a lot of full beds and chairs on the beach and by the pools, and yes many were reserved for the day but you could always find something!

United KingdomThe hotel needs a refresh in some facilities but all okay in general. Check in is very slow, Reception still do all in paper, no Technology at all.
We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were definitely the highlight—most of them were amazing, incredibly caring, and always ready to assist. The waitstaff at the pools and beach, the bodyguard, and the team at the restaurant all contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Hector Garcia and Paul at Restaurant La Palma, as well as the wonderful bodyguard who took great care of the kids and ensured everything ran smoothly.

It’s a small resort but the resources are great. The employees are always happy and helpful. The facilities are very clean!! We loved the fact that we arrived earlier and they allowed us to check in without extra fees. The food was ok. The beach is good. They have hot tubs in different parts of the resort. They have an adults only pool. We like the spa too with a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room that was a plus. We had a great time there!!
