Great hotel with a great location. The rooms were renovated and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. There is a rooftop pool with a wonderful view and very convenient to rest upon arrival.

There was nothing I can think of.

The staff, location, amenities and food and beverages were all outstanding. Our room on the 3rd level was very spacious and quiet. Breakfast was a standout, with I believe the best selection I have seen and enjoyed anywhere. I received a half stay survey form, which I filled in and happened to mention the bathroom exhaust fan was a little noisy. Upon our return from our days adventure, we took a phone call to ask if the fan was better. They had come in and made it much quieter.

Nice hotel located steps away from Reforma avenue. Rooms are nice and spacious, very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff is very professional and kind, ready to help at any moment. Roof top with pool is additional plus.

The type of the room makes a difference. If you stay in the standard one, you would have a very disappointing experience because the room is really tiny and dark. But Master Suite is totally different, it’s very large and has two bathrooms and living room. The hotel is a little bit outdated, and located in a zone with a lot traffic around.

Only issue I can think of was that our room was at the very end of the hall, so it got serviced last, usually around 4pm, which was inconvenient a few times.

The executive lounge had good free breakfast and happy hour--with good service. The room was a bit bigger than expected, and the pool/roof facilities were nice. The staff was helpful, and the location was good.

Drink coupon only allowed for marguerita, beer or soda. The ATM machine did not work.

The breakfast seemed very expensive and we never tried it. The sheets on the bed - we would have preferred a duvet cover instead of the two-sheet sandwich blanket.

Comfortable bed and we had water in the room. The shower was good. We had kettle and coffee maker in the room. The location was good and lots of restaurants and bars nearby but it was quiet.

The infrequent smells of sewer coming from the bathroom and the water pressure could be a bit stronger. Other than that, I can’t find anything else. We stayed in room 316.

The staff! From Arturo that helped us with our luggage, to Luis, our housekeeper, all the staff at Almara (Mario, Alberto), and the pool chic@s: Fernanda and Giovanni, the great girls at Mood - Sandra - and the great servers at the breakfast restaurant: Carlos/Angel, to the great personnel that checked us in and out (Itzel and Diego), we felt very pampered and spoiled. The food was amazing - specially at Almara - and the attention to detail was great! I would totally stay here again. The location is prime and we felt very safe.

Very good location. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Close to Angel of independence and Avenida reforma area. The hotel entrance is nice with lists of seating area and two restaurants, shop, bar , pool on roof and exercise room

Breakfast was a good selection for fruit, pastries and juices, however the hot food was not very good and it was cold. Also during the happy hour, the food selection was not good. I am referring to the Business Lounge food.

The location was very good and the hotel was excellent value for the price. Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are a bit outdated and require a refurbishing (e.g., lighting was poor).

I spent 3 nights at Galeria Plaza Reforma and have no major complaints. The location is perfect and very close to plenty of excellent restaurants, cafes, and parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will likely stay there again!

It was a bit pricey and dint include breakfast and we only got 2 coffee sachets a day (one of which was decaf). None of the nearby metros were opened when we were there.

Room was a great size and comfy. The pool area is lovely but was too cold for us to use it. The coffee in the room was great.

Room cleaning is taking long time, often done late in the afternoon. Services pricy as also to be expected.

Great location, very central but the street is not noisy. Room and amenities were good. We arrived very early in a morning and were allowed to get our room right away (for an extra fee though).

The daily cleaning was a bit sloppy, sometimes we got new coffee, other times we didn’t. They missed some stuff every time.
