We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MexicoThe room was not very clean, I found a lollipop stick on the carpet and the shower drainer smelled. Also, there was a lot of noise at night from the installations above.
The rooms are very nice. The staff friendly and the location was the best! The WiFi is really fast, great for working. The breakfast buffet was really good!

IcelandThis is not a 4 star hotel. Perhaps it was in the 90’s but some things need to be upgraded accordingly. The corners of the bathroom were moldy, the bedsheets had stains on them. They had some christmas parties on the rooftop and that was annoying at night because it was loud.
The location was great. Even in the zona rosa there was no noice in the room. The room has a great view.

United StatesThe ac did not work, I spoke to the front desk personal, and. They mentioned the AC was out for the entire building and they were fixing it. However, I had to complain about this issue and ask for a fan versus the hotel staff letting me know about the situation and then providing me with solutions. I am a guest, I shouldn't have to be problem solving issues for them.
The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to many bars and food locations. Easy accommodations to check in early. Also, the room was very spacious compared to other hotels in that area.
