An absolute gem in CDMX. Perfectly located for exploring the city, yet calm and peaceful at night. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were outstanding - warm, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Lovely old building, renovated and decorated beautifully with a nice rooftop and interior courtyard, in a great location. Huge, clean room and bathroom. The front desk staff were so friendly, helpful, kind and we left with gifts! Complimentary snacks were a bonus.

Our room was right above the bar downstairs, so the music/bass from this came through and caused some issues sleeping. I don’t think this would be a problem with other rooms.

The property was really lovely, in a great location and helpful staff. The room was cleaned whenever we asked for it, and it was a high standard clean every time. It had all the amenities and was really comfortable.

Nothing - perfect place to stay in CDMX

The hotel was beautiful, the front desk staff were always available and extremely helpful! There was a rooftop area that was always open, having a coffee up there in the morning was lush! It was very secure and on a lovely road with great chilled bars. The team were able to let us check in early when we unexpectedly arrived early which made our day and we left with gifts! The room was spacious and spotless. Could not recommend more highly!

What a wonderful hotel this was. The staff went above and beyond and was super friendly. Alex greeted us everyday after our excursions with a smile and mezcal. He was always down to chat with us about anything. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying. The location was far away from the chaos but still close enough to some great restaurants and cafe.

My wife and I stayed four nights at NaNa Vida. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was large and had a private courtyard. Room and bathroom were very clean and had all the amenities one needs. The mattress was comfortable, the location great- what more can I say. We booked because of the positive reviews and it exceeded our expectations.

Room is not soundproof so you can hear people entering the hotel / downstairs but it did not bother us.

Hotel staff were super friendly and gave excellent recommendations. Felt very looked after. Location is also incredible - many trendy shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance and close to various public transport.

Great location. Spacious, light-filled room. Huge, comfortable bed. Wonderful friendly staff answered all our questions, set us up with a bus/metro card, and showered us with artisanal gifts. We were on the lowest floor so there was some noise from the bars below at night but it didn't go super late and the room came with a white noise machine and earplugs in case we needed them (we didn't). Una estadía inolvidable!

Beautiful & cosy property in the centre of Roma Norte! Loads of extra touches such as bottled water, coke and Gatorade. Mezcal on arrival and gorgeous hand made soap!

Well, it must be said that this is a noisy part of town -- it's the flip side of having so many places nearby to go. But NaNaVida did everything one could reasonably do to keep the noise from being a problem. And, despite our concerns, it really wasn't.

The staff is what NaNaVida so exceptional. One member of our family had a special occasion and they went way, way over the minimum to make sure it was a great experience. The made us feel welcome, not just when we arrived but throughout our stay. In addition, the neighborhood is wonderful, so that also made us feel at home.

The mattress could have been more comfortable. The door to the room was not properly sealed so the noise from people walking up and down the stairs and talking all night was very bothersome and loud.

Loved the decor, the service, small tokens such as gifts upon arrival and check-out. The location is absolutely fantastic close to tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Feels very lively and safe.

The room is clean, staffs are always attentive and friendly. The neighborhood makes us feel rather safe. Many good restaurants are around the hotel!

The entrance to the property is not very obvious.

The property is in the perfect location in Roma Norte with lots of bars/restaurants around. The decor is lovely and the room was really big. All the facilities you need are there. The staff were so friendly and always offered us water when we arrived back at the hotel each evening. The hotel also gives you a welcome gift of artisan soap, and a leaving gift of Mexican coffee and a poncho made by a Mexican family (I think the proceeds from the poncho go to the family) which was a lovely touch.

This hotel is amazing! The facilities are beautiful and full of local artwork and cute common spaces. My room was super comfy, and the staff were all so friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and plan to stay at their location in Morelia. As is the nature of staying in a neighborhood like Roma Norte, it can be quite loud at night. However, they offered a sound machine and that, along with the AC unit, drowned out most of the street noise at night.

The location and space are perfect but the real highlight was the service. The front desk and sanitation workers were so unbelievably friendly and accommodating! They offered endless recommendations, tips, snacks, drinks and even souvenirs. Seriously unmatched.

All of staffs are extremely kind and helpful, room is clean and large, nicely decorated, snacks and drinks are available, roof top space is also clean and nice.
