United StatesRoom is advertised with a refrigerator my room didn't have one. When I asked about late check one one staff member mentioned for a change of 400 pesos I cam stay until 3 or 4pm. When I called about my room not having a fridge they mentioned they would let me know if they have a room available i mentioned to them that I would be doing a late check out and that it was fine ( so long as I can stay till 4pm) I didn't want to move my stuff again. The next day I payed for the late check out and the staff member did nit honor the 4pm check out. They need to be consistent

United StatesThe rooms are surprisingly roomy. Liked them a lot. Large, comfy bed, very clean overall. Staff friendly, onsite parking with valet included, just have to tip them. Great location close to gym, bars, restaurants. Great spot, feel like the price was a little too low! lol

United StatesSI stayed often, but lately, they have been pretty bad. The rooms they charge more for with a balcony view they try their best not to offer. Even though they charge for it. If you bring up the fact that they are misrepresented, the room they say it's in use. This happens every time I have stayed here. Please try it. You will find out for yourself. Also, they put me in a room that smelled like sewage when I finally got a room that had the balcony as well as one of the shower doors was missing. Also, they are very stingy with the towels. I visited with my wife. She uses one towel for her hair, one for the body. I have long hair as well. They would not under any circumstances give us additional towels. We only asked for two more four in total. Would not offer it. Honestly, the staff at the wellingtown. Their sister hotel is so much better. Also, the bar staff and waiters in westplaza are great. I just think they have bad management at the front desk.
Great bar staff restaurant staff cleaning ladies are very nice, but management is just poor at the front desk as well as ladies controlling the front desk and check in. But I think they are just following orders from management.

location very close to all restaurants on Ave revolution we walked to the restaurants, the room was big all modern clean I loved the room the roof top was nice with the jacuzzi bar and seating area, staff very friendly and good attention from the front desk to servers to the valet. location outside doesn't look too nice but once you are inside the hotel all it's different. the only thing we didn't like was the buffet but that was our taste or not a lot of people use the buffet so they don't have by the end a lot. Other than that all was great we feel safe. the place have jacuzzi at the roof top and spa gim and sauna.. very clean.
