Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaThe parking is confusing. And you can only park at the designated lot. Inconvenient when checking out especially if alone as you need to exit, park along the road and then go check out to retrieve your deposit. Access card needed to get out of parking.
The location is a big plus point. Grab is very easily accessible. Publika is close by so no issues any food.

MalaysiaThe cleanliness of jacuzi pod was 5/10. The water was dirty and the stair floor was full of hair strands. The room environment was dirty and there was cockroaches in the wash room also the wash room was very dirty and smelly. Sink and bathroom was clogged. There was dust everywhere and stains on comforter and towels.
Jacuzi pod was the amazing place where you can see the whole view of KL which opens till 10pm. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. Even though there was almost 36 floors, the elevator was fast

I love the beautiful architecture of the building.. But the zetter suite deco is just ok nothing fancy. Simple. The outdoor garden is lovely. Very windy outside. But to locate the designated parking lot is a bit tricky u gotta look for the no. on the floor.
