Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. South AfricaI had a bit of a problem when a drain blocked in my room, and the staff promptly moved me to another room, which I appreciated alot! But this new room had constant problems with my keycards losing their programming.
I liked the early breakfasts as that enabled me to make use of it before I left for the conference

The location is great and right at the river side and walking 0.7 miles away from the hotel and lots of local foods shops are along the way and enjoying walking around . It's cool and nice to view it The local people are friendly and nice . Love the location and basic breakfast provided and lots of foods to load in after basic breakfast. Enjoy stay. Just a sound proof was poor because Thai restaurants are next to it. After 12pm is ok.

My stay was pleasant & comfortable. The room is big for 3 adult. the check in was smooth and fast. Have small fridge, toiletries, water bottle and can make tea in room. the breakfast is simple but ok for the amount that we have paid. Toilet is clean and got big vanity mirror. Definitely will choose this hotel again when i come to Sarawak.
