Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IcelandI’m on vacation but was not able to relax because of the noises from other tenants, loud footsteps, banging of doors. The heater does not work well. The toilet is too small, there is nothing to hang your towel or clothes in the shower.

EstoniaI knew that the room would be quite small and it was fine for 1 night. I did not read out that the WC and shower were for the whole floor, not in each room. Anyways it was not busy so I could use them whenever I needed.
The location was perfect for me as it was only 7 minutes away from the venue I went to. Also there are some museums nearby, the tram stop just across the road and a grocery store downstairs. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Germany+ Very good location, within walking distance of Vondelpark, Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum. 👍Big supermarket next door. 👍 Staff was friendly, I liked that I was able to get a water cooker for the room (bring your own tea bags 🙂) and that I could store my luggage after checking out - thank you! If you are considering a stay, please note: this is not a hotel for people who have trouble taking stairs/walking (very narrow steps, old building, my room was up several flights of stairs). - Unfortunately, the bathroom separated by a door to the hotel room did not have a window or functioning fan. The air freshener next to the toilet had a citrussy/strong unpleasant chemical smell that kept refreshing and was difficult to keep out of the main room/sleeping area, even with door (that had ventilation opening) shut. 🙁 I chose to sleep with window tilted because of that (even though street outside is a busy one and I hadn't brought ear plugs). All in all, I really liked the location, room was fine for 2 nights.

IrelandThis is a comfortable, clean and quiet spot with great public transport links, kind staff and a surprisingly well stocked continental breakfast. It's very basic beyond this, the room provides nothing but somewhere to sleep and while everything is very clean it's also well worn. They know their target audience here, and if you're in it it's a great find. The ability to have a quick breakfast and be on a tram anywhere in the city 5 minutes later is fantastic.
