How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is a little warn, cracks in the bath and sink and can be a bit pricey but otherwise is reasonable.
The rooms were comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport.

Paying for the shuttle to the airport. Walls are thin so you can hear everything

I think hotel room looks a bit old, maybe need a fresh coat of paint? Dusty, feels like the room needs a good spruce up.

Good RTK near the airport, shuttle runs. Cleaning is good, breakfasts are very good, beds are comfortable. The price/quality ratio is decent. I recommend.

No ramp to walk up with your bags. Must carry them up the steps. Restaurant reviews were not good so we avoided it and walked down the street to a great local pub.
Shuttle from the airport. About 3-4 walking blocks from Lidl and a few good restaurants.

We waited for the shuttle bus for long time. The times of the shuttle were not according to the schedule shown in the bus stop. We had to call the hotel to ensure we were being picked up. The shuttle is not big and we had to sit our daughter in our lap. Hotel further away from airport as expected.
Comfortable room and with good space. Easy check in and good service regarding flight info for next morning and taxi booking service.

Cross contamination of vegetarian and meat options at breakfast - which is a shame because otherwise the breakfast would have been one of the best I've seen around the world.
Really good triple rooms, clean, comfortable. Easy to get uber from there into town. Helpful front desk. Sustainable policies. Not sure about swimming pool because it seemed closed when we went to check. Would book again.

Very uncomfortable to get to the center: taxi cost about 30 euro. Or you need 1st to walk about 10 min and then change 2 kinds of public transport. And it's about 1 hour. Or by rented bike (18 euro at hotel and in Very bad condition) about 30-40 min. No fridge in the room.
There was a bath in the bedroom. But one evening the water was not hot enough for taking a bath..... The breakfast was quite good. The room was standard.

Temperature in the room was hot. Windows don't open and the air conditioning must have been turned off for the season.

We couldn't find all the light switches to get room lights off at bedtime They told us shuttle went every half hour to airport but didn't tell us when it took breakfast break, so we couldn't get a ride when we needed it.

One main reason we chose was the swimming pool. It was down while we were there. Would have been nice to receive email of this fact before hand.

The rooms were basic but really needed a tidy up. They were getting very old looking. Had to climb in a bath to take a shower. The airco was stuck on heat but we managed to get the window open as room was very stuffy. Went to buy a coffee from the machine in the minimart, stuck a cup under it , looked at the instructions ( came up with something we didnt understand) so.asked the lady from that area and we got a rude reply. She grabbed the cup and said in a nasty tone that we disrupted the cleaning process...not sure how placing a cup under it would do that!!! We didn't bother going down later.
Close to the airport, which is why we chose this one. Had a restaurant, a bar that served snacks and a small minimart. Room was basic but clean and quiet. Front of reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
