Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. ArubaThe only slightly annoying things were from the room itself, which had the bathroom lock not working properly. This is likely not a big deal if you aren't sharing a room with someone who you'd prefer to have that type of security with when doing your business. The second issue with the room was the drain blocker for the bathtub not working properly as well. It doesn't seem to be made to fit properly for that particular drain so if you try to take a warm bath or something, you'll probably have to find something to help keep the water from leaking through the drain blocker or just forget about it. Though to be fair I never asked the staff about it, so there was likely a fix that could have been applied if I brought it up to them. I personally wouldn't consider this a negative considering the location of the place, but the window view wasn't necessarily great.
Navigation to the room was simple enough, it was pretty quiet despite traveling there during a potentially noisy holiday, so sleeping was never an issue. Staff was helpful and very nice and even having a very relaxing lobby with access to Tea and Coffee at all times was an unexpected bonus. The room itself was not too small or too big for 2 people. Really great spot for those who need a room that doubles as a place you can use for when you're staying in for a day or two and a majority of your trip will involve being out of the room.

We are not new to Cove and knew the location, but for people who come to The Hague for a first time this is the best hotel, as it is in the center and close to all the shops, restaurants. This hotel is also convenient. The rooms are very cozy and practical. Thank you very much for the welcome, Cove Centrum!

This place was absolutely perfect. The location certainly could not be any better. Graham was the most perfect host as he got us situated, stored our bags, guided us to a lunch location and helped with several other requests. Three cheers to the self serve laundry. It was perfect.

It cannot be more in the centre of The Hague than this, in the main shopping street on walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and the train station. Very comfortable studios with all you need, including a very well equipped kitchen. Reception area is a great place to sit, work, have a (complimentary) tea or coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
