The fact that from 5pm nobody was in the reception was a bit problematic for us, first we arrived 5:02 and the information about the self check in just came as an e-mail 10-15 min later (and nobody answered via WhatsApp or telephone) and after when we realized that the remote control of the television was half broken and it didn't turn off.

We liked the apartment itself (kitchen, good curtains, good bed), the silence (even with train as a neighbor, we didn't hear anything) and the parking place.

This is our second stay at these apartments. It's convenient to have your own kitchen. The living area is comfortable, bathroom modern and spacious, separate toilet. The bed is really comfy. The apartment doesn't have a balcony but you can open the big windows and there is a garden with picnic tables. Outside the apartment there is an area with a big table and chairs etc and downstairs there is loads of room where you could work if you needed. There's a supermarket closeby, Hilversum centre is close by and the motorway is a 5 min away.

The place is gorgeous! If you are traveling for work there is nothing better! The staff is so nice and polite, so quick to help us! Place is really clean. Totally recommend!

The studio has a very high ceiling which is okay but for that, it has too few lights. The interior was always way too dark even with all lights on and put on their maximum brightness.

Good location, no curfew, and the facilities (shower, dish-washer, cooking hub, multifunctional oven, WiFi, TV, hairdryer, and the heating system)

Great overall experience. Hilversum City Apartments is a very modern apartment complex, the studio was very comfortable and fully equipped. The communication with the reception was easy and there was flexibility regarding the check -in. Would definately reccomend it.

It was not clean. When we arrived the dishwasher was filled with dirty cutlery and plates. The floors and carpet were not cleaned. The kitchen equipment is very sparse. Nice to have 4 plates if you have a dishwasher. Simply not enough if you want to use the dishwasher. Not enough towels, tea towels, plastic bags.

The room heating can’t be adjusted so it’s very hot during our stay in winter. It was -3 outside but our room is always at 22 degrees. We tried to turn the heating off to reset but it takes two days and it got back to 22. We ended up opening one of the window at night. Hope they fix it, such a waste of energy.

Facilities are complete, they have all the kitchen ware and amenities. Location is 10 minutes walk to hilversum sportspark and 5 minutes walk to supermarket Albert Heijn. The room is simple, modern and clean and the staff were very helpful, they quickly repair the microwave/oven. Also the coffee downstairs tastes good.

Nothing. So thoughtfully designed and little things like a scissors and a wine key were always in the apartment.

Big spacious room, soft bed, comfortable couch, good location. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I travel to Amsterdam. Also, and this is IMPORTANT: it’s very inexpensive I paid less for my 4 day stay than I have in Amsterdam for one night!

We encountered only two small problems with our stay. The first was that we had a problem with our heater at around 9 pm when cold air started coming from the vents and we couldn't raise the temperature. When we contacted the number that it says it's for emergencies they told us that they can look at it in the morning. Thankfully, we were able to figure it out ourselves. Also, after about 4-5 hours during our stay, the ceiling lights stopped working. We were only able to see with the 3 floor lamps inside the apartment. We thought it's not a big problem since we weren't at home a lot during the day but we felt a little bit disappointed.

The room was great! It had all sorts of accomodations inside (oven, kitchen, plates and mugs) even more that a normal room could have! The furniture was very modern and the bed, big and comfortable! The shower was great! The view was also excellent and the big windows helped us to admire it even more!

My room Wifi did not work, eventually I ended up connecting to other room Wifi. One of bed leg was missing, when I raised complain they quickly fixed it.
