As others complain, the pool open times are not in favor of the guests. The pool is not attended, accessed using a keypad. So why cannot the guests use it when they want to? At least till 8PM would make sense.

We brought our own bicycles and rode them everywhere, tried to not use the car too much. The sea and dunes are close and the bike trip there is a bliss.

I had a wonderful stay at EuroParcs Parc du Soleil! Beautiful surroundings, clean and cozy accommodation, and friendly staff made it a relaxing getaway. The location near the beach was perfect for peaceful walks. I'd love to come back soon!

The laundry room was not very clean unfortunately a very bad smell developed near the end of our stay, should have raised it to reception. We didn't get to use the swimming pool because of the pool times would have like to swim 8am before going out or when back so if the pool could be open longer than 10am to 445pm, as we are use to being able to swim 6pm too. Location, the accommodation was lovely, and the staff were great. They dealt with a noisy neighbour promptly and took our concerns seriously. We hired bikes and enjoyed cycling around the area. The tulip fields were beautiful

The restaurant was great, the playground for the kids outdoors and indoors was a hit! The yards of the cottages were perfect. Location to the tulips and beach were the perfect bike ride.

Lovely house and perfect location for visiting different attractions in the area, close to Amsterdam, the tulip fields, Corpus museum, and the space museum. Child friendly, but more for kids up to age 4. My kids are 6 and 7, but the playground was a bit too small for them, however they enjoyed the pool very much. The house was perfect size for us, very nice decorated and cozy. All in all we loved it.

When I entered the house, it was not that clean. So I had to do some cleaning myself. It is not a big deal, but when you arrive in the hotel room you expect it to be clean. This must be improved!

I think that location is wonderful. It is close to the seaside. The air is fresh and revitalizes the body's energy. I like staying there.

There was no staff at the check-in and no one replied to my email when I requested to rent towels. For future guests the linen package does not include any towels and apparently they need to be rented seperately but there was no one there in reception during our stay to get any.

The location of the property was great for visiting the tulip fields and the beach by bicycle.

The bedrooms were small for the number of beds, not a lot space, only just room to walk by the bed, Beds were very comfortable though. A small shop where you could get milk etc would be useful.

Good location, Lounge area plenty of room, well equipped kitchen. Nice outside area though we could not use it due to time of the year. room for 2 or 3 cars on own area by house. The restaurant and bar was very nice, excellent friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good food

if you are new to EuroParcs (like we were) be prepared to need towels and any kitchen specifics you prefer.

Property is amazingly family friendly, especially for families with small children. Check in was a breeze and the cabin was very clean.

Nothing I didn’t like, but the sofa could have been more comfortable.

Plenty of space for us and grandchildren. The swimming pool and the football area were a hit with the children.

The service is very basic, linen is in plastic bags and you need to make your own bed and then leave everything completely clean, including gathering bed linen in pillow cases in the hallway, wash, dry and put in cupboard all dishes, sweep the floor, take trash to dumpster etc. That is ok, no problem here, except that when we arrived, we could not get into the room not even a minute earlier because it was being cleaned (according to the rules, the earlier guests should have done that already hours before) and we spent almost 2 hours outside in the drizzle (with children). Yes, rules are important but they are not all there should be. There were no bicycles to rent (all gone) - rent ahead. Also don't come without a car, there's no public transport. Taxi costs like you're buying it, Uber/bolt come with great difficulty. We walked a lot. We didn't try the pool, they told us the water is cold.

The cottage was comfortable, there are playgrounds for kids. We received daffodils at check-in and there is a bread bus every morning. The restaurant there is very good but only open in the afternoon.

Our charlet was clean, but someone forgot to take the trash, there were food leftovers and they stank a bit, but smell was gone after opening the windows.
