How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It’s hard to find nowadays hotels which offer a room to accommodate 3 adults. This hotel offers triple room, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. It was excellent to be able to have a full breakfast as from 4:30 am. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Everything was great.
We are a family of 3 adults and the room was spacious enough for our large bags and room to roam. The L shape of the room provided some privacy. The view from our windows was of the trees and we found this relaxing - although we were 300 metres from the airport. The soundproofing was amazing - no outside noise. There were double windows to keep out the noise and the cold. The breakfast was comprehensive and fresh - delicious. The staff went over and beyond our expectations. The facilities have free table tennis and pool tables to use in the common area. Continually piped music (modern) was relaxing, as was the TV and seating areas.

Friendly staff, clean room, lovely breakfast and an easy commute to the city. We stayed at the hotel for one night while we picked up our rental car at the airport the next day to travel further inwards.

The evening meals offer is very limited, everything is very fatty and heavy, even the so called salad. The bed was not exactly comfortable for me, but this might be a personal preference.
Location is excellent, literally 3 minutes walk along a nice and easy path. It is very modern, sleek and properly Scandi designed. The room is basic (no kettle to make your cuppa in the morning), but really enough to sleepover before the next flight. Breakfast is very good, fresh and generous. Probably the best value-for-money airport hotel I ever stayed at.

The rooms are very small, but imho no need to make them bigger for an airport hotel.
The breakfast was great, a lot of variety for vegetarians, also vegan friendly. Super friendly reception staff. Perfect location, 5 minutes by foot to the airport.

I slept on a pull-out sofa, which was very uncomfortable, creaky, crooked, as if it was broken, and I literally couldn't sleep all night.

Very few staff and I can’t find my rooms inself checkin kiosk, so I have to wait until only one staff at counter is free from other guests who buying drinks Only hair dryer provided in room, no electric boiler In my room hair dryer was s broken and have to wait more than 15 minutes for staff to change it

Best not to be right opposite or next to a family room. Very noisy, kids were allowed to run around corridor shouting and slamming doors for ages. Parents seemed indifferent to the fact that a lot of us stay because we have very early flights and hope to get at least some rest.
So close to the airport, convenient. Check in staff really friendly and efficient. Room comfortable and clean, a good size too.

We stayed here as we had an early flight. It's a few minutes walk to the terminal. Early breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. We had interconnecting rooms.

I would like kettle and teabags/coffee in room as standard - but appreciate im from Uk and this isnt standard everywhere.
Very instagrammable! Lobby set up with all sorts of interesting photogenic things. Very comfortable hotel.
