We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe evening meals offer is very limited, everything is very fatty and heavy, even the so called salad. The bed was not exactly comfortable for me, but this might be a personal preference.
Location is excellent, literally 3 minutes walk along a nice and easy path. It is very modern, sleek and properly Scandi designed. The room is basic (no kettle to make your cuppa in the morning), but really enough to sleepover before the next flight. Breakfast is very good, fresh and generous. Probably the best value-for-money airport hotel I ever stayed at.

NorwayBest not to be right opposite or next to a family room. Very noisy, kids were allowed to run around corridor shouting and slamming doors for ages. Parents seemed indifferent to the fact that a lot of us stay because we have very early flights and hope to get at least some rest.
So close to the airport, convenient. Check in staff really friendly and efficient. Room comfortable and clean, a good size too.

Australia24 hour check in was much appreciated. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the airport which was fantastic, so convenient to the light train station as well. All areas of the hotel were very clean, very minimalist. with lots of open space. Our room was compact but really comfortable and quiet. The desk/chair was useful as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all hours. On our last morning we had a very early flight so the breakfast room was opened early (4am) so that we could eat something before heading away for our flight.
