The TV was too small and the internet was very poor quality which is very frustrating for the kids watching Netflix

Close to the beach. We had the ground floor 2 bed apartment which was excellent given our ages. There was a laundry with washer and drier available at no extra cost plus a large clothes horse for drying.

The double beds in both apartments we rented squeaked and felt unstable - this was also the case in the one apartment we had stayed in a couple of years ago. Some investment in the beds would make a huge difference to the stay and rebooking

Great location, staff that met us were helpful and friendly and in contact via text early on. Great view from room. Had everything we needed and close to shops etc as well as beach and coffee cart!

The couch was quite hard/old

Location was great right next to the beach, nice and quiet being off the road too. Walked to QE2 to a concert which was roughly 25 minutes. Great parking. Had air conditioning thankfully, it was quite hot when we arrived!

Stairs and unit needed some maintenance. Very frugal with kitchen crockery etc.

Close to Brighton Beach. Nice to have a sea view.

Bathroom wasn't the greatest. Mouldy, unclean around shower and wallls. Living space needs a good wipe down on the walls and frames.

A comfortable stay with a homely feel. Perfect location and close to QEii Which was where our venue was performing. Lovely staff that was helpful. Would recommend for a stay over.

The locks were not working properly. It took us ages to get worked. The supply wasn’t enough for the family. The location showed like beach view but but nothing was there to see from the apartment even though we got first floor

Clean, location and privacy.

Everything was ok except for the beds. they were not so comfortable. Petrina tried her best to help. We appreciate her concern but the beds were not that good.

The room we stayed in was shabby and really would need some upgrades, touch up and TLB to make it worth the nightly price.

the bed was so squeaky you literally couldn't move your head without hearing it, ended up sleeping on the couch bed. facilities in general were bit old but met all the basic requirements needed to create one's comfort. ❤️

the location was great, so nice being so close to beach, was a big house in front blocking veiw but could still see some and hear it all night. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and responsive, one of our cars we even lost the key for and they have been accommodating with time to sort it 🙏

The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattress was thin. The rooms were cold, and the extra blanket in the cupboard was dirty. The electric blankets were a bit suspect, so we did not use them.

The location was good for where we were travelling to. 2 bdrms apartment.

The lock was jammed on the sliding door so you couldn't open it for fresh air or get on the balcony. There was no lock on the inside of the toilet door leading into the bedroom. And they need to get the key sorted as we got locked out, but luckily had left the windows open so eventually managed to get back in.

Close to the beach, it had adequate kitchen facilities for an overnight stay.

The tv wouldn’t come on .

Owner was extremely helpful even though we reached around midnight. He responded immediately when we required the gate access code. The apartment was clean and well maintained.
