This property is something different to your usual. You start with an arrival through the gates and up the white tree lined drive. The actual accommodation is behind the main house. It is an open bedroom, kitchen and sitting room. You can stroll around the gardens and sounding area. It is quiet and peaceful. The friendly couple Sally and Brett that own the accommodation live in the main house. The town is ten minutes away and because you are not directly in the town it is easy to move on to your next accommodation without getting stuck in traffic.

Bathroom was quite small, but was adequate.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Room had good space and was finished nicely. Lovely location, nice and quite away from the city. Kitchen was well stocked with more than enough food for breakfast.

Wifi was cutting out and I ended up hotspotting off my phone for work and to watch a movie, I think they are addressing this problem.

A spacious room with all facilities set in a lovely large garden. Hosts Brett and Sally were attentive and informative without fuss. Molly (the dog) was a great asset.

A little hard to find, as GPS was not accurate in the area, and a close neighbor’s house number on the street was not correct (out of numerical sequence).

Rural and absolutely gorgeous property! Very kind and gracious hosts (owners). Apartment was well furnished, with full kitchen and two bedrooms. Bed was very comfortable.

A minor issue was the TV (sports channel was playing up, we wanted to watch the Super rugby and NRL)- but the owners offered for us to watch their one inside.

Easy to find, safe - down a lovely driveway. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Beautiful self-contained unit - with everything you needed. Was close to where we wanted to go (Field Days and University). Continental breakfast provided was ample, with a great selection. Lots of space and fresh air - highly recommended.

Brett was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and warm, and the area surrounding was so pretty. We really felt welcomed and at home. All the amenities you would need were supplied.

Two lovely bedrooms and two full baths! This living quarters were in such a beautiful home. We wished we stayed longer. The animals on the estate were a treat and super cute to drive by. Very clean, had all the toiletries and kitchen equipment you needed. Very nice owners as well! We would definitely stay here again. It was about a 5-10min drive to the city Center.

This is a large property and therefore very quiet. We were given the room in the front, and woke up in the morning seeing cattle (cows) grazing the field about 20 yards away! Pretty amazing. Bedding excellent (premium), and breakfast is help yourself in the kitchen. Furnishings are very nice. Best of all, car is parked right outside the entrance and there are no stairs hence minimal lifting of luggage. Host gave us recommendation for dinner at restaurant nearby and it was quite nice (otherwise difficult to find).

Bathroom was rather small relative to size of suite. Location was a bit further out of Hamilton than we would have ideally wanted. Breakfast provided was Ok - fairly basic but with some nice touches (eg local honey)

A cozy cottage in a beautiful garden surrounded by pretty countryside. We were warmly welcomed and given good advice for our stay by the friendly host couple. It was nice to have basic breakfast items in the fridge at arrival, hence no need to rush to find a supermarket but instead a nice dinner in a nearby restaurant recommended by our cheerful host. The cottage had everything we needed and we felt immediatelly like at home. The lovely Molly dog, the handsome black cat and the neighbouring cows were all bonuses. Amazing Hamilton Gardens and the pretty Cambridge are both worth a visit.

It was all good

A very warm welcome from Brett. We were surprised to have our own sitting room. The bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and stocked to get your own breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend. Sad we were only there for one night.
