Staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. Pool was great as well as the hot pools. Room was very clean with everything you would expect.

No robes in the room to wear to the pool, that would have been nice to have. More hot options at the breakfast buffet would be good, coffee making machine also good to have, only filter coffee or paying for barista coffee on offer. The checkout time should be 11am like many other hotels

Great room. clean and tidy, recently updated with nice colours. Friendly staff very helpful and welcoming. Lower floor was very handy to the pool. The spa was great, very relaxing atmosphere as well. Good family holiday away, would recommend.

The first room we were in smelt bad! Staff did accommodate us by moving to another room for the next night!!

Would be good to have a spa near the pool that kids can use too.

The recently refurbished room has been done so well - great use of space with the open cupboard design. Awesome table extend. It's great having a sofa. Loved the picture panel on the wall, too. The beds were so good - and the bathroom was fantastic too. Pool was great, as was the adult spa area.

Perfect location to be near town, eating places, and bus depot to get transport. Comfortable bed, spacious room, helpful staff and generous breakfast.

No change rooms in the pool is very inconvenient. Also there’s no hot tubs unless you use the spa.

Hotel room doors opening and closing are very loud. Food options not very well advertised. Maybe a drinks voucher on arrival to promote the bar? Hot chocolate sachets in the room would be good.

I always book here to stay with my husband and kid . I loved how my request was looked into when I asked for three room next to each other as we were three families on this trip . The staff are welcoming and takes good care of our needs . The pools are amazing

The filtered water stand was way too cold to drink water and I wish the television had more options to view movies or even have TVNZ on demand streaming site but other than that everything was nice

The hand towel holder fell off when I tried to use it, it looks like the installation hadn’t been completed correctly my hubby put it back. The bed was a little too soft and I normally like soft, although it was cosy short term.

Having stayed at few different places in Rotorua this one didn’t feel too tired. It had huge spaces, great bar and lobby. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Desert at Nikau restaurant was a little underwhealming after great entree and mains. Was a chocolate dish, tiny and could have used a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Love the facilities...pool, spas, gym, restaurant, bar....the weather was terrible so was great to have a place where you can eat ,rest and play.

Just a coffee cart between breakfast and dinner restaurant facilities. Reception staff had to leave the desk to serve. No robes in the room, which as a spa hotel with a pool was not helpful. No nibbles bowls in the room. Aircon unit was loud.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Spotlessly clean. Great beds best sleeps. Good hairdryer. Excellent location and good parking.
