We arrived late at night (as arranged), the room was messy and not ready, so they kindly upgraded us to the bigger cabin. Very comfortable and everything we needed.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Lovely pools, we will definitely be back!

Not so much about the property, but there were a lot of mosquitos inside our unit, all windows and doors were closed so had no idea how they kept coming in. We were not prepared for it so that’s our fault on our end. Besides that we had a good time!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Had a power cut while we were there and they kept us fully informed about it. Very good customer service.

We loved the whole experience, the pool was so enjoyable and open later in the evening for some relaxation away from the kids

Please note room 8 the double mattress is so thin it’s a horrible sleep you can feel the slats. I slept with my child on there single mattress. Also one trampoline in summer there are a lot of kids parents were waiting with their toddlers because they couldn’t jump with bigger kids perhaps another tramp? Could spice up the tv room or make little more child/family friendly

Many fun things for the kids to do:) the pool was so good! Bathroom and kitchen close. Kitchen very well equipped! Love that I didn’t need to pack pots and pans but also free bbq areas!!! LOVE adult only time in the pool.

There is confusion through the photos of which kind of room we booked. We thought that we had booked an nice apartment, but finally, we slept in bunkbeds without a private toilet. Even during this review, the photos are from a fully equipped apartment. There was an unpleasant smell in the room with the bunkbeds.

The shared facilities are great. There was a hot swimming pool, tennis court, chess, table tennis, playground etc.

Tasman holiday park is great. My concern is that the booking images need to match rooms we are staying in. This made my expectations unclear on what I had booked. I based my booking on images. This is a booking.com issue. Not the accomodation.

The outdoor facilities. Great for the children to have variety. Loved that they had a pool, tennis court, chess, table tennis, snakes and ladders, bike track, flying fox, forest walk, volleyball net and tramp. I loved that you can take a pet and they could accomodate. Very clean. Customer service was excellent. Campers were all friendly. Town is only 15 minutes away.

I do wish it had sports equipment at the locations for people to use and return, instead of going to the office each time and paying a deposit. We stayed for 3 nights, but the complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar did not get replenished, and toilet rolls did not get topped up. We stayed in a cabin last time but it was bigger. The bunk beds were very tight, as was the couch. Comfort was a bit poor bed wise. I put a crown on the question about the accuracy of the room. Because the pictures I saw with my booking were of the bigger unit, the one I stayed in previously. Near the forest. That aside, the facilities like the pool and games are great. Reception is helpful and pleasant.

The pool is great, and the tennis court, even though the court is a bit run down. Has other activities for the family like skate Park, BMX track, flying fox, trampoline, playground, giant chess and snakes and ladders. So, enough to keep people entertained..

Pictures are propably several years old e.g. only 1 picture reflected the property we got when the furniture was new, so they did not reflect what we got. Outdated and in need of TLC, but had everything we needed for a one night stop
