RomaniaThe room had a strong smell of mould - the bathroom has three distinct areas: wc, shower and sink cabinetry (divided by glass doors) and the ceiling vent is only in the wc area.
The superb design of this classic structure (former vacation mansion of a wealthy Peruvian family) is complemented by a superb art collection displayed throughout the building and one of the best local cuisine and choice of cocktails we have met in Lima. Very nice and helpful personnel.

Afternoon tea time was a hit with my wife. Rooms are big and well appointed. We spent 10 days in Peru and my wife's favorite thing she purchased on the trip was the stuffed toy Llama they leave in every room. We stayed at Hotel B at the beginning of our trip and every picture I took of her with her backpack on had the to llama in it

At times curt, spoken over twice by interrupting staff members, mid sentence. Maybe a little petty here, but for the price you pay, you expect the best . Noisy street and bar down stairs. The odour in the room was choking making the choice between smell or noise difficult. Please accept my constructive criticism 🙏🏻

United StatesWe took a junior suite for a two night stay and we’re disappointed with the size of the room (no separate seating area as described), the pre-ordered bottle of bubbly was not in the room upon arrival and, whilst some of the staff were exceptional, others were mediocre at best.
The property is beautifully decorated, lovely and unique art pieces and all the bedrooms are different. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both lovely.
