It was a little tough to find the right setting for the shower as it could get very hot or cold, but we figured it out and it was only a minor thing.

It was extremely comfortable and quiet. The decorations, quiet courtyard, and cleanliness were all top notch. The dining area was so nice and the staff all very helpful. Centrally located and just a short walk to all the main areas tourists would want to see.

We unplugged the mini-fridge in the room at night because a bit noisy - but that’s being very picky, everything was great.

Excellent location, easy walk around Old Town Cusco. Cute surroundings with lovely courtyards. Friendly staff - 24hr front desk / porter and they helped us arrange various trips around the Sacred Valley. Plus airport pickups! Excellent breakfast (with long hours - good for early starts!) Large comfortable beds and rooms. Decent sized bathrooms with good hot water pressure. Additionally, hotel stored our bags whilst we went to Machu Picchu!

The bathroom was very dated, and there were ants in there. There is no screen on the window so bugs got in. Breakfast was just ok.

the hotel overall is very nice with an indoor outdoor feel. Really pretty. The rooms were nice and quiet. Location is good, right next to the center but on a quieter street. Staff is very helpful.

Nothing, we loved everything!

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The front desk was incredibly helpful and gave us an amazing dinner recommendation (check out Nuna Raymi!). The bed was amazingly comfortable. the hotel was mostly open air with beautiful plants and fountains making it feel like a tiny oasis in the city. They had a delicious breakfast with tons of fruit. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property is beautiful and very quiet. I love the courtyard where you can relax and enjoy the plants around you. The cafeteria and wait room is great. Enjoyed about coca or muña tea by the fire.

Not didn't like, but just be sure to close your curtains. The hotel is an old hacienda, built around multiple courtyards. I was surprised by 2 people sailing past my window...on the second floor :-)

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Cusco. Room was lovely, shower was great and the breakfast was wonderful. Little tables and parasols in the courtyards for relaxing. Free water fountain and 24 hour tea making facilities in the lounge. Nicely located 5 minutes from the centre.

The breakfast could get a bit more variety and staff needs a third helping hand during rush hour from 7-8 am.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed 3 nights and came back for one more night after Machu Picchu. We could leave our suitcase for free and they took care of it. I liked the water refilling station and the environmentally friendly equipment in the bathroom.

The bathroom lacked a window or extractor fan. The solution was an internal ‘vented window’ that meant we could hear every word being said in the adjacent bedroom. It being a traditional courtyard style building, there were no ‘external’ windows in the bedroom.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff and doorman. We were very grateful for their calm and prompt assistance when we were struggling with altitude after tackling Rainbow mountain. Close to the centre of town but quiet at night. Quirky decor and traditional ambience.

One of the best places we stayed in Peru. Strong hot shower, good location, beautiful hotel and very clean. The staff were great and boxed a breakfast for us when we had to check out early.

2nd two nights when we came back we were in a different room and bed was very small and room smaller. The rooms are very dark (well our two different rooms were) and we couldn’t leave the blinds open as other guests walk past the only windows.

Comfortable big bed and pillows the first two nights in King Size bed. Good location and beautiful building. Had a fabulous massage for $35USD.

The heating comes on at 7pm which during our first stay was maybe 3 hours too late.

The room we had was so lovely and big, the bed was massive and the shower was very powerful - great to wash the day away. The staff were so kind and helpful - especially with sorting us out with a cot for our baby. The location is brilliant, tucked away off the Main Street heading towards Centro Histórico.

A beautiful hotel that you enter through an Inca stone gate. Very lovely interior courtyards with historic details throughout. Great, central location in a nice part of time. Good food nearyby

Cozy structure in the heart of San Blas, just steps away from the main square—highly recommended. Our room was clean and spacious, and they provide filtered water in the lobby for refilling water bottles. The Wi-Fi worked well if you need to work remotely.
