A bit disappointed with the lunch: grilled chicken was warmed up and avocado sandwich was just bread and avocado - insipid. My first room in the ground floor was dark and cold. Rooms upstairs have more light and are warmer. And the last huge problem I had was noise. You can hear everything and in the night when people walk and talk sleeping without earbuds impossible

Either their WiFi, or my phone, seems to need an upgrade. In some spots it is perfect. In order areas, the coverage seems to drop unexpectedly

I regularly stay here when in Arequipa. This was my fifth or sixth visit. Great people in a comfortable setting. Very quiet. Easy access to downtown if you like to walk. The hotel is great on getting a taxi if you prefer.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Nice to have a balcony in a reasonably sized room. The staff were extremely helpful and the owner was very welcoming. It is a relatively short walk to the town centre (20 minutes or so). Nice breakfast.

I didn't like that they gave us a room on the 3th floor even though the hotel wasn't full. We had to climb 3 floor everytime. My parents are almost 80, thankfully they manage to place them in another room. I would recommend to book directly with them.

I liked that it felt like you were in a home. The garden is nice. The bedrooms where nicely decorated and very comfrotable. The bathroom was modern.

It was beautifully furnished in the traditional way, modern bathroom, all very clean. In a good location about a 15 min walk to the main square.

pillows were hard - not usable for a side or tummy sleeper. Bed linens were not good quality. Towels were old. Bathroom lighting was very poor.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The garden looks beautiful and guest can sit at various place on 3 levels, so everyone still can have some privacy. The Jacuzzi is a nice add-on after a full day strolling around the city. The owner is very hospitable. Breakfast was normally served insight, however he suggested to sit outside in the sun. And then it was arranged in a few minutes.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to walk to the center. Nice sized rooms with all the necessary comfort. Beautiful garden with hummingbirds which made the time in the room or balcony a joy. Excellent breakfast buffet and service. Staff was very accommodating!

Charming Boutique hotel. Excellent location away from the busy center but an easy walk past a beautiful park. We enjoyed our walk and always felt safe. Enjoyed the hot tub one evening after a long day. Nice breakfast Included. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The most expensive hotel we allowed ourselves during our trip through Peru, but really worth it. Such a beautiful garden, what a wonderful breakfast, etc. It was a place of rest, quiet and enjoyment during an otherwise hectic trip. We also very much enjoyed the small walk to the center; it really isn't far away.
