Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The front desk staff were of limited help and spend lots of time ignoring or not helping you. The surrounding area isn’t the greatest, lots of empty derelict buildings. We didn’t use the pool as it was murky- the picture of it is very well taken! We were glad to have breakfast elsewhere. The rooms were dark.
Decent enough location to the airport and Mall of Asia, with a Robinson mall a 15 minute stroll away too. The door guys and concierge were always helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

Always found some bugs in the room. Especially bathroom. Area near the hotel is long time under reconstruction, everywhere strong smell of pee and shirt sometimes can see on the side of the road :( not for family or romantic couple stay:)))

Room had a window, but no view. I had requested a view and a late check-out. Neither was considered. Front desk staff were only focused on more revenue.
Old, but well maintained hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Restaurant had nice meals and friendly waitress. Concierge, Darryl, was very helpful and committed to customer relations. Porters at the door were very informative.

The place has seen better years - a bit worn down. Very dark around the hotel at night. Biggest problem is the traffic: Those Jeepneys and motorbikes with their screaming exhaust pipes are echoing through the narrow street at way over 100dB, making sleep impossible before 11pm to midnight. Those noise terrorists are a pest across the Philippines nowadays, but especially a problem for this hotel (location).
Spacious room with quiet A/C. Friendly staff. Location not too far from restaurants and pubs. Rates are pretty low for the district.

The towels have holes there's no bath mat in the room, and the receptionist doesn't look presentable.

TV is old and the view at the bay cannot be seen due to the blockage of the building which is under construction.

Breakfast food cold unless it's local food. Lacking more western options or offering to cook fresh. We booked 2x adults 2x kids but to get just an extra towel had pay. Pool area bit run d own missing step on ladder lacking shade. You pay 2k peso security deposit has to be cash. They give receipt but if loose receipt they tell you they cannot refund. Why can't you record deposit electronically on hotel record. Putting onus on customer bit silly. And in check why so many signatures and rules read out not very welcoming. No views from hotel too only construction your prices should lower due to this. Fridge not working well just cold enough.

i booked there as mentioned there's a spa in the hotel but when i asked, spa is temporary closed. At least they need to mentioned it so that customers will have an idea too.
