The friendliness of the staff stands out to us, they were all adorable. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant meals were delicious as were the cocktails. Location was great overlooking the sea where we had several swims. Stayed 3 nights with my teen daughter and really enjoyed it. Not much to do in the area apart from the Whale Shark Swimming so I would not return. Reception organised trips and transfers, all very well organised. Would 100% recommend this hotel to future guests.

The swimming wasn’t great as there was a lot of seaweed and not much else to see. Nothing was walking distance but grateful the had a trike on site ready to take you where you wanted.

Beautiful facilities and restaurant. Great place to relax while waiting for the whale sharks tour. We arrived way before check in and they let us relax in the lounge area on the top level and use of the lounge chairs. I was especially happy the they were able to book and confirm an 8:30 slot to see the whale sharks so we didn’t have to arrive at 6:00 like many others. Super helpful in arranging transportation whelp we left. We had a very friendly driver take us to Moalboal with a stop at Melba’s for a fantastic lunch and then Inambakan Falls on the way.

The shower pressure wasn’t strong enough and best to open up a private massage room as it was out in the open.

A few issues with the pre-arranged card payment for the taxi and had to pay cash.

A very nice restaurant and pier area at the back of the hotel. There is also a newly opened modern rooftop terrace which wasn’t on the pictures at the time of booking. 15 minute trike ride away from the whale sharks, which the hotel can book for you. They can also organise a taxi to and from the airport. The staff are very friendly and polite. The food at the restaurant was very good, if perhaps a little pricey for the Philippines. This is understandable however, due to the standard of the hotel in relation to others in the immediate area.

Toilet & bath was very disappointing, especially the shower. appreciated the heater but the water pressure was too weak. You could do with smaller rooms but can't have cheap fixtures for bathroom. No massage room, but it was advertised as massage by the sea which is too public. if you want a massage, do it in your room. staff seemed always overwhelmed with check-in, food orders, ran out of things in the kitchen. it wasn't even peak season

We had an amazing time during our stay at this beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming especially their Manager. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Whether it was offering suggestions, helping with our requests, or simply checking in on us, their service was exceptional. The resort itself is stunning—the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunset! It’s a great spot for families too; our kids had a blast swimming and playing by the beach. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

This hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, so you can enjoy the ocean atmosphere every second of your stay. The view is stunning — it truly feels like you’re dining in the middle of the sea. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our trip was joining the hotel’s whale shark watching tour. It was a smooth and unforgettable experience — no waiting time at all to see the sharks! If you need transportation, the staff are happy to call a taxi to the airport for you, which made our departure stress-free. The food was delicious and satisfying. While the room wasn’t very spacious, it was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated — everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Overall, the hotel was well organized and provided a peaceful, enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax by the sea and enjoy some marine adventures!

Good as it gets location in the area as there is nothing much about. Lovely food. Great friendly staff. Nice views over the sea. Facilities in the room all as expected. Outside room chairs to relax and rack for clothes. Staff happy to arrange things.

What’s not to like.

The location is brilliant if you don’t want to go to Oslob on a day trip. What makes this property exceptional is the staff. They are welcoming, helpful and the food is delicious. The staff will organise the Whale Shark and Waterfall tours for you as well as anything else you need.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us arrange tours and ensure we had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was excellent—the food was delicious every time. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view, especially at sunrise. Highly recommend staying here!

The location. Beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Great to sit outside with the family, talk and relax at night. All the activities we went on were booked through the hotel. Easy to organise and convenient with hotel pickups and drop offs. Staff were happy to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Burger and fries…not good. Lesson learnt….when in Rome!Communication between the bar/restaurant/reception was disjointed. The knock on effect of sorting this out almost caused us to miss our whale shark time slot.

Low pressure in shower
