I preferred it this way but it’s not on the main GL Road, so it’s quieter but it’s harder to walk to places - however scooters and tuk tuk are great and cheap options to move around

The property was very relaxing and quiet perfect for switching off, despite being centrally located not far from the buzz of General Luna Great options for food and a nice pool to relax at!

We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer, the staff were all really lovely and would always greet us with a smile. The restaurant served delicious food and drinks and the room was lovely and tidy- we also loved that every room had a table and chair outside to sit at. We found it so impressive that the gardeners worked so hard constantly to make sure all the grounds were beautiful, which it truly was stunning and so green!

Overall, the property could really use some TLC, especially considering the price point. I stayed in a standard double room, which unfortunately had a strong smell of dampness and what seemed like cat spray—likely due to several cats frequently hanging around just outside. I ended up sleeping on one of my own t-shirts over the pillow, just in case there was any mold. The bathroom was quite unpleasant. I didn’t feel comfortable being barefoot in the shower, the water pressure was poor, and the sink tap leaked onto both the counter and the floor. Showering was not a good experience overall. The stainless was old and worn and generally gross with cracked tiles. The pool itself is small but visually nice, surrounded by some lovely greenery. However, the pool area and lounge chairs are in need of maintenance and care. After my stay, I moved to another hotel that was half the price and significantly cleaner and more comfortable.

The staff are friendly and eager to help, the location is excellent, and at first glance, the hotel makes a great impression.

Dorm rooms aren’t great. - AC turned off at night? Felt stuffy in the dorms. - Food is way too expensive for what you get here, far better quality for less elsewhere on the island. - Locks on the bathroom in the dorms broken. - Little bugs/ants in the beds. - Not very social at all- wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers unless you are looking for somewhere quiet.

It is a very pretty building. The swimming pool is great, staff are super helpful.

I know it’s just petty to others, but not for me hehe - the towel. Surely madami ng gumamit ng towel since parang ROI na at may mga butas butas na kasi🥹 And also, during may 2nd night nagpa-change ako ng beddings kasi sobrang kati talaga.

The food prices and issues with bath water clogging. They came to fix it but problem persisted. Not too bad though.

There was no hot drinking water, which is a standard in Philippines. The hotel restaurant was overpriced, choice was limited and dishes were too small. In our standard room there was not a lot of space to put your things.

There was a beautiful garden and I could seat on the porch and look at the palm trees. It was calm area, but you could get to the center in few minutes by motorbike.

The AC was too strong for us but it was understandable to keep the room airy so no bid deal Sometimes the hot water was not running but just mention it to the staff to be fixed in a hot second :)

We stayed at the dorm room, the beds were comfortable with curtains and surprisingly enough space. Great wifi, nice space to chill by the swimming pool, staff was always available and kind. Perfect location within few minutes away from GL, local restaurant and surf spots. Cool interior and stylish interior so if you want to stay in a "instagrammable" place this is the place for you :)

The food was expensive and not really good. In the dormitories (got no idea how it’s like in the private rooms): The showers are bad, barely any water running (and no hot water at all). My dormitory was hot even tho the ac was on all the time. Got new sheets with hairs on it (can be mine as I’m bald and those were long hairs). The WiFi was kinda bad all over the places. Location kinda sucks if it’s raining cuz it’s in the back ally and not really close to anything

The staff are super nice and welcoming! Also, the place looks good for pics, but wouldn’t recommend it for the dormitory.

had an unlucky night with noisy people in the dorm, coming in and out until 4am and from 5.30am …. nothing the property could’ve changed though!! can happen anywhere ..

the cleanest place so far in Philo! absolute legends of staff that take care of you with welcoming drinks, etc! top hygiene, the dorms are the best i’ve seen in the country! space and light colours which makes you feel so welcome and happy! had a pleasant stay even though I usually avoid hostels but this felt like a hotel :)) thumbs up!

The bathroom needs more improvement. No drying area for wet clothes. Food is a bit pricey and choices so few it would be better to add more. Location bit far from GL. Motor parking is muddy.

The staff are friendly and approachable. Ambience is nice and relaxing, swimming pool is clean. Bed is comfortable and has a privacy.

It's more a hotel vibe. There is no kitchen for cooking and room to chill. There is just 1 shower per room, which I think is little for the amount of people.

Comfortable beds, air conditioning, swimming pool, good location (between Cloud 9 e General Luna), friendly staff.
