AustraliaLike most tropical hotels, the property has worn out and is in need of a refresh in parts. I'd booked expecting to be able to use the top floor rooftop bar/outlook - but this has long been decommissioned due to storm damage and neglect. Likewise the booking.com photos might give you the impression there is a communal outdoor jacuzzi to use, but this is actually within a private presidential suite. Would have been amazing hotel when first opened.
The station 2/station 1 location of the property is great, one of the best and was my main reason for booking here. Staff were attentive and helpful, even during the chaotic New years period.

The location is good in front of the beach and close to bars restaurant. However, a bit too close to the loud party music and just in front of the hotel there are small boats departing and arriving. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are big. The bed was comfortable. We could have an early check-in and a late checkout

SwitzerlandBreakfast was extremely slow on days when they had a la carte. And when they served it it was very poor, looked like we've got half the egg on the plate. Towels felt damp and we had to ask for.extra ones because they were not replaced properly every day. Seaview room came with a shared jacuzzi terrace with other seaview rooms. It was not really worth the extra price. The sewage smell was all over the hotel and in the room it felt extremely disgusting. If we opened the terrace the food smell came into the room which was also not really nice.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Location was great, right in front of the beach.

AustraliaGetting the room made up was a hassle. We thought they would do it in the morning between 9 to midday like other normal hotels would. When we left just after 9am, someone was cleaning the room next door. When we got back around 11am, our room still hasn’t been made up yet they’ve done the other rooms on our floor. I asked the staff what time they normally clean the rooms, she said after arrivals?? which was rather confusing. I asked if they could clean ours next, they said yes. Waited for another hour, came back and still the same, they skipped our room again. I had to ask another staff to get it done and only in the afternoon probably around 4pm when we got back that it was finally done.
Very close to D’Mall where most of the restaurants and shops are, as well as Astoria Boracay where most people meet up for water activities, yet quiet enough for someone to have a proper rest

Japan@6000 PHP per night, it was quite expensive for what it was. However, it did meet our requirement in terms of location and access to the beach.
Central location between station 1 and 2. Step right out onto the beach, however there is a boat station right in front. Breakfast was quite average, but the views from the restaurant made up for it.
