AustraliaThe property is pretty old so it definitely needs a fee renovations especially the bathrooms. Our toilet had a funky fishy smell to it, not sure if it’s coming out from the drain. The door jam and other wooden fixtures in the toilet are very worn down. Restaurant - service can definitely be improved especially with punctuality. Our group had booked for lunch and pre-ordered our dishes ahead of time, but found the service really slow. We got our food 40min after booked time.
Good location, close to restaurants. A bit further away from the roundabout in Tagaytay where it’s always busy and traffic. So you can avoid using that road on the way to Splendido. Restaurant- they have an all day restaurant where you can order food from and/or room service.

Bathroom layout needs improvement - towels are a hazard to reach. Breakfast delivered to room is below average in quality - one of the dishes is served cold.

PhilippinesThe recurrent electrical disruption and no maintenance available to fix the issue as soon as possible. We went to the clubhouse to check the amenities and to probably swim. But it was total darkness in the facility as it was around 5pm onwards. Even the staff at the lobby just uses their phones as flashlight. We also struggled to change clothes at the dressing area. So to prevent any future accidents, we just went back to our room.
The staff are welcoming, polite and accommodating especially with our requests. We had a nice mountain view from our room which is very relaxing.

Saudi ArabiaFirst of all booking.com show that no children allowed in this hotel, but after I contacted the hotel they are allowing children but they requested from me to upgrade the room. When we checked in I surprised they didn't include my 4 years child in breakfast. I requested bathrobe but I didn't get. There was black stains on bedsheets like not washed well or old even the towels has some rust. I expected that breakfast will be open buffet, it was just simple menu plates. I booked mountain view then i paid extra 1k to lake side room was older than first one. Room rate exaggerated overprice.

Hotel staff is everywhere. They’re friendly, polite and always smiling when they greet their guests. Also the rooms are spacious, we have a huge balcony with mountain view. We enjoyed the country club, they have badminton court which we rented out and the breakfast was really good for the price. Good value of money.

PhilippinesWe had the most awful experience at this hotel—so bad that we decided to leave mid-stay. Upon arriving, we discovered rubbish on the bedroom floor, water leaking in the restroom, internet not working, lights out of order, and an air conditioner that dripped directly onto our faces while we slept. Despite reporting these issues at 8AM in the next morning, by six in the evening nothing had been addressed. It took multiple phone calls just to get the floor cleaned, and the other problems were never fixed during our stay. The hotel itself was filthy, with trash in the hallways and dirty linen everywhere. Even the restaurant floor was very dirty, and the breakfast was both poor in quality and had to be ordered the day before. Adding to the disappointment, the spa was closed for the holiday season, and the hotel manager, which we asked to speak to several times, was apparently on holiday too the whole time—or simply unwilling to speak with us. When we arrived the second night and parked in the same spot as before and instructed by other security, a security guard came aggressive and screamed at us to move out because it was supposedly a reserved area "do you understand me". We ended up parking 800 meters away in pouring rain, which was the final straw that convinced us to leave. Making matters worse, none of the hotel’s contact numbers given and across the internet works, so it is nearly impossible to reach anyone for help or an update on our refund. We requested a refund when we checked out early, but we still have not received any reimbursement. Overall, we strongly recommend that you save yourself the stress and avoid this hotel. The combination of poor hygiene, absent and unresponsive management, aggressive security staff, and terrible customer service makes it one of the worst accommodations we have ever experienced.
Nothing to like, we had a view to the Taal Vulcano that's all to like.
