Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PakistanThe check-out process was a little slow. The inclusion of breakfast was good but the menu was limited. The food was fresh and the you could have proper food like currys and bread which was good.
The rook was clean. The air conditioning was on before we arrived. Staff was friendly ar check in, but the check out process would have been a little bit faster. We absolutely had to order room service late at night. Even with the availability of fast food only the food was absolutely amazing, very fresh and delicious.

PakistanThey don't charge the payment from the card entered in the app through which booking was made. Even I had requested that its a virtual card and tap will not work in Pakistan but they refused to charge the payment and insisted to provide any other card that is physically present. Also room upgrade was mentioned on my reservation but neither room upgrade was provided nor connected rooms were provided as mentioned as a special request in my reservation.
The walk way and view of the hotel is very soothing.

PakistanOverall general maintenance is required of the property Floor of the lobby was making a squeaky noise because of the tiles or marbles. It was so irritating. I booked a superior and deluxe suite. But instead of deluxe I was given a executive suite on the same floor. It was also mentioned that both rooms will have sea view but none of them had. Before making a booking in the hotel, a guy at the reception told that we are not answerable or responsible for the bookings made through booking.com as the data and pictures provided here are very old. Food is also average in taste.
Staff was courteous and ready to help always. Rooms were of good size.

United Arab EmiratesBreakfast was good but could be a bit better-although I still liked it. Cleanliness can be a bit better although the rooms were done well by housekeeping. Overall property e.g. Gym and other facilities surely need an upgrade.
I like the location and stayed there after a gap of around 15 years. The last time rooms were not nice and required renovation. This time around the rooms I found were better than last time. Seems like these were renovated but now again a bit worn out. I think its a great property considering it was constructed in 1948, has a great ambience and if properly renovated to the modern standards - it can be the best location to stay in Karachi.
