How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Central location, close to main square yet very quiet. Good size apartment, clean with niece balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff!

No toiletries (soap/shampoo in shower). Parking is difficult (we had a rental car & parked on street once we found a spot we just paid for whole day & didn’t move the car). It would have been nice to have some larger glasses in kitchen and some coffee .
Location is convenient for walking old town and surrounding area. Close to shopping (mall is huge) and lots of restaurants and bars.

There were only 4 body towels and 1 floor towel, no head towels or a towel to dry our hands. Also, we had a problem with the lock of the door (we were staying in apt. 4). We couldn’t get it to lock properly.
Bathroom had so much space to put our stuff in. Bed was comfortable. The balcony looking into the back had an amazing view. Inside of the house was really good in terms of temperature even though it was cold outside.

I didn’t know we would be on top floor and no lift. Recently had knee surgery and it was 98 steps upto apartment, killed my knees. I would have asked for ground or first floor if it had been stipulated in description but it wasn’t.
Excellent location and short walk to square.

No lift. If your apartment is on the upper floors, you could possibly struggle with the stairs.
The apartment is ideally located a short walk from the Main Square. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and clean.

The apartment was very comfortable , clean and warm . Location was great very central , 10 min walking to the main square , also the apartment was close to shop and a good bakery .

There is no lighting in front of the front door, you have to turn on a flashlight, which is not very convenient if your hands are busy!!
I recently stayed at 4Seasons Apartments Cracow, and I’m so happy with my choice! Although the location is not right in the center of the Old Town, it was still very convenient and easy to reach all the main attractions. The staff was amazing—so friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English, which was very important for me since I don’t speak Polish. They made my stay very comfortable. The apartment was fantastic! It felt like a small, private one-bedroom flat. By the way, the bed is very comfortable! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the lighting in the room was perfect—bright and cozy, which I really appreciated. There were also plenty of mirrors, which is always a big plus for a girl like me! The apartment had everything I needed, and it was so spacious and well-organized. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend 4Seasons Apartments Cracow to anyone visiting Krakow. I would definitely stay here again!

95 steps up to the top floor with no lift, (we knew this when booking) but didn't realise how many steps it was. Luckily there was a big group of us to help with luggage but if elderly or struggle with mobility, be mindful of this. Booked as a group of 6 and only 5 chairs at the table No contact with staff, so had to buy extra toilet roll not a huge deal
Clean, good location with shops near and only a 30 min walk to the Jewish Quatre and 10 min walk to the old town and only £12 from the airport using bolt and easy check-in via safe

We had 2 apartments for 5 people and both apartments were really spacious, clean and in good condition. The process of collecting keys was explained fully and easy to follow. Staff were excellent and helpful when contacted via booking.com, they helped arrange transfers to and from the airport, booked an auschwitz tour for us and allowed us to keep our luggage in the office on the last day after check out. The location of the apartments was great, 5-10 minutes into the main square with good public transport links around.

Location was good. About a 10 minute walk from the main square. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Seemed to be a pretty quite part of the city so we had no disturbances during the night or anything. We couldn't get the TV going in the room but we didn't need it anyway. We spent most of our days doing tours so we were only in the apartment in the evening. It was handy having a bit of a kitchen so we could prepare lunches for our day trips.

The apartment is warm and clean, spacious with 2 big closets, and an equipped kitchen. Thers a nice balcony with an open natural view. And lots of parking place in front of the building.. contact guy helped as with the loagage. giving a high recommendation for the property.
