Nice views. Clean. All facilities worked. The trainee receptionist was a delight to deal with. Seriously. Give her a raise in pay. DO NOT LET HER GO!! She was fantastic checking us in, she made us feel welcomed like we were family. And she saw we were joking between ourselves in the group and joined in. She was exceptional.

definitely the price for the breakfast. I was a couple of time and quality and range of food is vary and good, I understand is Warsaw, but honestly I prefer to avoid to pay around 25 euros, just because I do not use to eat a lot at breakfast, of course up to your choice.

Leonardo was just renowned recently so it is much bigger but as usual offer a good confort and nice location for business purpose, is quite, friendly staff, easy check-in and check out

However, I must mention my concern about the pre-authorization policy. When I booked the hotel — knowing the place well from my previous stay — I deliberately chose the “pay at the property” option. During the summer, no such issues occurred. But this time, while I was still in another country, a pre-authorization hold was placed on my card without any prior notice. Unfortunately, this amount was not deducted from the final bill at check-in, which meant I had to pay again, and now I must wait up to two weeks for the held funds to be released. This double financial burden can be difficult — especially when someone is returning from a long trip and has carefully planned their expenses. Even if this aligns with their system, guests should be clearly informed at the time of booking. Transparency in such matters is essential. Overall, still a great experience, but I sincerely hope the hotel considers reviewing this policy.

This was not my first stay at Brother Leonardo’s place, and once again, everything was excellent. The room was very spacious, furnished with new, tasteful furniture, and kept in impeccable order. Everything was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged — truly close to flawless. The atmosphere remains warm and welcoming. Just one minor detail: in the bathroom, one specific area could have benefited from a more thorough sanitary cleaning.

The noise from the AC, the noise from the wind in the window, super rigid bed. I couldn't sleep there without earplugs. Also the hotel account on booking is hacked, and I kept getting multiple messages before my stay to share my personal info on some external website.

2 things One the staff in the bar were rude to us when we complained about a drink on the Thursday evening we were there around 9.30 pm they promised to take the drink cost of the bill but didn’t customer service zero sadly very poor Secondly had a issue with the power on Friday evening told reception and said no maintenance staff on site can’t fix problem till the next day so no power to charge phones or boil a kettle again very poor

They were strict about the 3 PM check-in time and didn’t allow even a slightly earlier check-in, which was a bit disappointing. I get that rules are rules, but a little flexibility would’ve been appreciated. Also, the bathroom lacked some basic amenities—no slippers or toothpaste provided. If I travel alone next time, I’d probably opt for the nearby Ibis instead.

The room was quite comfortable and spacious. The location is great—surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and close to the Bio Bazar, which is a nice spot to explore, dine, and relax. If you're traveling with a partner or kids, the room could be a very good choice.

On the downside: the room was cold, the decor is outdated, the sink was clogged, and the room rate is overpriced.

The hotel offers a beautiful view — the higher your room, the better the view. The breakfast is very tasty and diverse. The staff was polite and friendly.

The view from the room was great (22th floor, we loved big room with good furnitures. Breakfast was various. Near the bus, tram station. We could check in early at 8.am. with fee.
