Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is in a good location and takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town. The beds were also clean and comfortable. Our bathroom was also clean.

United KingdomThe Friday night was a little noisy with everyone being excited for the weekend, but the rest of the weekend was reasonably quiet. Just the odd person being a bit noisy when arriving home. I think the pillows could do with a bit of an upgrade.
The location was within walking distance to many restaurants, the Jewish Quarter, the Old City and public transport. The bedroom was very spacious.

RomaniaWhile it wasn't an issue for us, the hotel does not have an elevator (one of the staff members graciously offered to help with taking the luggage to our room). Breakfast is served at another location, around 10-15 min. walk from the hotel. Thus, anyone with mobility issues should keep these aspects in mind.
First of all, the staff was incredibly helpful. They all spoke great English and were more than willing to help us whenever needed. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. The location was pretty good, too (around 30 min. walk from the Central Station, but 5 min. away from Kraków Grzegórzki, another smaller train station). The breakfast was incredible - the staff was very kind and polite, the location was clean and easy to find, and the food extremely varied and delicious. By far, one of the best locations I've stayed in Central Europe, especially considering the price.
