All of the facilities have too much wear in tear (photos did not represent current status of apppartment I.e. photos were made some time ago). The bathroom vent was dirty and barely working. Kitchen amenities were provided. However, some of them need replacement.

Overall location was great, public transport in close vicinity of apppartment, small grocery store (zabka) downstairs, whole apartment complex under concierge (security) surveillance. Full set of clean towels provided. Self check-in was easy.

I had a very unpleasant one-day stay in this apartment. The place was dirty, the walls were stained, and the bathroom had a strong mildew odor. Additionally, the electrical outlets and switches were missing or damaged on the walls. To make matters worse, the kettle provided was dirty and covered in limescale buildup. On top of all these issues, I was required to pay a security deposit outside of the Booking.com system before check-out. The shower was in a deplorable condition and barely functional. Overall, I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the conditions of this place and the unexpected deposit requirement. I hope the owner takes action to improve the quality of this accommodation for future guests to have better experiences.

The location on the mini-map and the address on the ad is uncorrect. It is actually in Giełdowa, street (the name of the street is written in the subtitle of the add... Why didn't you put directly the address ? Or at least the name of the street ?). It is not super easy to find the entrance and the appartment, but you can trust Google Maps. Communication with the owner is limited. It is reactive, but it is hard to get any new/relevant information (lost 40min to find the entrance). Kitchen and living room was not very clean (dirt under the carpet, hair in the fridge ...). Bed sheet is a bit small and come off during the night, only one small blanket (one person) is on the bed when arriving (another one is hidden in the closet).

Big appartment with all equipments. Grocery stores and restaurant nearby. Common transport (tramway at 10min walk). Calm environment, comfortable mattress. Bathroom was really clean.

The apartment was clean but not enough, the linen on the bed and towels are old and need to be changed for a new ones. You will see that the apartment is very used and needs some repair - walls to be colored, sofa get good cleaning or changing for new one, chairs to be changed too.

The location is very good, new area with skyscrapers, restaurants, supermarket and parking is nearby. New building with modern apartments, at night it is calm. The apartment is cosy for 3 people with kitchen and everything you need. Very easy and comfortable self-checkin and good service trough Whatsap.

Communications with the rental property company was plenty from their side, spamming the same email time and time again. And when I asked about parking, refused to tell me about the parking house next to the flat I had booked, so had to search for it myself.

it is quite hard to find it once there despite instructions. It a lot to find the right building as there are no signs to indicate directions and the complex is very big, but great once found. The door of the bedroom towards the terrace and the bathroom door should be repaired. All in all our stay was great

The appartement needs some renovations. It wasn't bad but there is a place for an improvement (the walls are not very white anymore, they keep broken things in the apartment). Also they need to put more effort into cleaning.

The location is just perfect. Everything is around the corner and the neighbourhood is very lovely.

Very difficult to find the apparment, and they don’t give you the exact adress. Once you arrive to the given adress the apparment is not there, and when you ask to the property they tell you you have to pay the deposit first. When you pay the deposit they sent you the correct adress, but is very difficult to get in.

The place was extremely dirty. It looked nothing like on a photo. Kitchen was not equipped at all. Mattress in the bedroom had no protector and was all in stains.
