We loved everything about the resort except the price. A bit pricey, but the closer you got to San Juan, the higher the price. Loved the balcony and the view. There was a beautiful beach at the resort that was very secluded with no other resorts or public beaches in the area. Loved the washer and dryer in the vestibule you shared with the room next door. Having the two doors, one to the entry area with the washer and dryer closet and then one for each of the two rooms, made for a quieter stay. As stated by other guests, a bigger restaurant on site would have been nice. We didn’t eat at the small beach restaurant, but got responsibly priced drinks. The resort has activities for adults and kids, but we didn’t utilize them. Large free parking area. All the staff we had interactions with were fabulous. I would stay again, preferably longer than two days.

This is perfect for family, especially with young children, since your stay includes a lot of activities and use of the facilities. Loved the text chain started by guest services, made it easier to get questions and requests handled near immediately.

It has own beach, away from the city. Great WIFI in the room and everywhere on the territory. They have free grills. I think most of the rooms are really sea view, especially after 4 floor. Nice soundproofing.

We did come in contact with another person on vacation that was a racist. Unfortunately the hotel was great with dealing with the problem but it did ruin my experience at this hotel.

The people next door to us smoked marijuana everyday during our stay. It smelled so bad and were super loud

Great location, not in the mix of the big city but close to everything, staff were very attentive and always willing to help, very clean and well kept, and it had all the amenities you could ask for, and the view from out room was amazing it overlooked both the pool area and the ocean.

Loved our room and the resort. Beach was small, but great. WiFi was excellent. The only downfall is that it is far from main areas and only one restaurant on site.

The worst Pina Colada I have ever had in PR and I come every year. Need to do better with drinks in general. Even when we paid for extra the drinks were still weak. They put way too much much ice.

Very clean . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location if you’re going to hang in San Juan. Beautiful beach. The Mahi Mahi had reasonable prices. Nice hiking trail near by. Great beaches all around.
