Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. This is not a five star hotel, it is six. It is very spacious, has superb rooms, swimming pool facilities and service. The breakfast is first rate. It is also quiet. I will be staying again next year.

Excellent service and food. The room was very spacious and the comfy bed lounger on the balcony was great for relaxing! We stayed half board and the choice of food was very good in the Ria restaurant and Sensai. All in all we had a great stay. Thanks.

The Comcast didn’t work at all. And we would have had to pay extra to use the indoor pool €25 an hour after paying €1700 for the week and the weather wasn’t good so the outdoor pools were very cold.

Everything from coming through the front door was absolutely amazing! Nothing short of spectacular. The food and drink were amazing. Value for money for the stay itself as well as the food was excellent. We visited in March which was obviously a bad time of year to visit as the weather in Portugal wouldn't be great meaning the pools etc wouldn't be open but we made up for that by visiting the spa which was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too.

United KingdomFacilities are dated, both old-fashioned and showing signs of wear and tear. Hotel is in need of thorough renovation. We visited during a quiet time in February, and it was a shame at breakfast that some items were cooked early in the morning (e.g. at 7) and then kept warm all morning and therefore not tasty - including pancakes. Would have been significant improvement to make to order.
Staff was very attentive and friendly, both at breakfast and reception. Rooms and facilities clean and spacious. Good selection of food and drinks at breakfast. Gym is very generous and comfortable.
