Couldn't figure out how to turn on the heating

Extremely friendly and helpful Reception Manager - can't remember her name - but she was very welcoming.

Just a big too far from the main tourist area, especially returning as up hill. Pool area was being repaired on our arrival and we were told this would be sorted in 2 days but didn't happen till our last day. As there was warning tape around the area we assumed the area was inaccessible and not advised otherwise until we noticed other gusts accessing parts of the area. This was a shame as the weather was unexpectedly warm and sunny and we would have enjoyed relaxing round the pool.

Lovely staff, spacious rooms. Regular housekeeping of rooms. Heating and A/C in rooms.

The apartment was in a great location , we checked in late at night and was very seamless. Apartment was equipped with everything you needed and more. Very comfortable. Made our stay really enjoyable especially in all the rain!!

There was nothing negative, but it is worth flagging that being just out of the central tourist area of Porto, the property is uphill from the main part of town - an easy walk in, a slightly slower walk back!

The property was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable - just as advertised. The kitchen came kitted out with the essentials for cooking and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'd happily recommend staying here.

This place is truly special! I've stayed here more than three times, and I will keep coming back. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and of excellent quality, making it easy to relax and unwind. The breakfast is simply amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. I also love the well-equipped gym, which is a great bonus. But above all, what makes this place unique is the sense of peace and relaxation it offers—it's like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Lots of building work going on around the property which could be heard from inside.

Very clean,comfortable and exactly what was expected from pictures. Quality towels, bedding, toiletries. Room 301 was full of light during the day.

All we don't had in apartment but we needed, we got from kind girl on the reception.

Very cmfortable, nice and clean apartment with good location. Terasse is very nice but the weather wasn't so good to seat outside. Near is Onepark where we leaved a car. The centar is walk distance.

It was absolutely perfect — location is central yet very calm, the apartment very spacious and has everything you need. Everything is clean, modern. Gym is small, but has absolutely everything you need. Also, the staff is doing absolutely an amazing job. Loved my stay ❤️

These are fabulously situated and maintained apartments. It was a wee touch of luxury for us but I understand that's a subjective appraisal. Great staff who were very attentive. We want to return there soon

Clean, simple, stylish. Super easy and convenient self check-in and check-out. The room has all the amenities. The bed, pillows, matrass were super comfortable. The hotel assistant was always available online: polite and helpful. We really loved our stay at Santa Catarina.

The place was very clean. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Room had washer/dryer combination and they supplied soap for 2 loads. Rooms matched the pictures online.

Misunderstanding when making check-in. Our booked room was occupied by another couple and host could not sort that out. Initially offered room next door and tried to convince us that this is better than we initially booked. We disagreed and then we got couple of night upgraded room which really was better than our initial booking. Last day we needed to change room to our original booked room.

Overall stay was great, room was spacious and taxi drive away from old town.

Beautiful property, in a good location. Friendly staff who let us check in early - horrible rain. We would like to return next time we come back to Porto. I think in the sun it would be a fantastic place to stay.
