Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is perfect 👌, it's 4 minutes from the bus stop. Or you can walk going to the metro if you need an airport connection. The breakfast is good. The staff are attentive and informative.

Small but modern and well equiped hotel, near the main square and city busiest artery - Avenida Liberdade. Near to the metro station and food store. Fridge in the room which is not always a given.. Very comfortable bed matrtress and 4 pillows. Extremely good breakfast for 3 star hotel!!!!

Czech RepublicMy only small complaint is about the glass door to the bathroom - in my room it took more force to open it - a weaker, e.g. older person might have a problem with it. But it is possible that it was not a feature of the door, but its defect/damage.
The hotel has a great location - about a 10-minute walk from Praça Marquês de Pombal (metro station, buses) and Parque Eduardo VII (nice park - great for a relaxing walk or even jogging). A few minutes walk from the hotel is the Burger King fast food restaurant and the Continente supermarket / grocery store. The hotel made a very pleasant impression on me, the staff were nice and smiling. The breakfast was amazing for me - real orange juice, classic scrambled eggs, bacon but also fresh pineapple (I love pineapple), yellow melon, kiwi, etc. This fresh fruit was the end of every breakfast I had. The selection of sweet pastries also included the traditional Portuguese (and very tasty) Pastel de nata. Since it was a business trip, I'll mention the details related to that. I appreciated the classic desk and chair, so I could work in the evening without any problems. The free hotel wifi worked quickly and without any problems. I was definitely very satisfied and would happily recommend this hotel to others. If I visit Lisbon again, I will definitely consider it.
