Location was okay but lots of steps (99) down to old town where all the action is. We did this a couple of times a day which was a good workout but not suitable for older or unfit people.

The pool right outside our balcony was very nice. Laundry in room was great and kitchen in room was awesome but not very well equipped. A dishcloth would be nice and dish soap or dishwasher pucks would be helpful.

Loads of kids. Clearly a family hotel but kids everywhere.

Beautiful pool area. Great breakfast. Staff were very accommodating when we had to change rooms due to apartments being on a very steep hill and not having lifts

Pool was freezing cold. Some large groups of young people partying above us kept us awake until til after 4am.

Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Large pool. Shop just across the road.

Ants in kitchen. Too many rules and regulations. Nowhere to lock luggage on last day(a shared unsafe open luggage room)

Historically, the hotel allowed same sex groups although they appear to have introduced policies to prevent this. Make sure it stays that way please.

We looked the room as it had a lovely sea view and was exceptionally clean We liked the location, which is just 7 minutes down the steps to the Old Town We liked the pool because its big and very clean We liked the spa facilities We liked the shop just 30 seconds up the hill. We liked pretty much everything. We didnt try the restaurant as we always eat out.

sofa bed was very uncomfortable. gym has poor equipment. I didnt like some of the rules in the indoor pool like wearing a cap meanwhile noone cared about "hygiene" outside in the pool. Breakfast was very British which was dissapopinting

The gym only open from 09 to 19 (not possible to train early morning) The variety of food (no seeds, no dry fruits other than nuts, no avocato, no salmon, no tuna for breakfast, no banana …)

Great hotel, would highly recommend and will stay there again soon. I did stay in the hotel part which was central to everything in the hotel, but there is other parts of the hotel across the road I didn't like.

Top of hill 😆

Hotel is spotless clean, friendly service team. We'll equipped appartment, comfy beds. More fruit and selection of nuts needed at breakfast buffet, orange juice from machine needs review. Flavored iced waters were refreshing in morning. Only drawback is position at top of 95 steps but Bolt/Uber are cheap and accessible. Highly recommend hotel.

Bathroom door bottom water damaged but not replaced. Bed wire attached to edge of bedroom balcony!.

The hotel is up a hill, so there is a steep climb from the resort - there are steps into the resort though, or you can walk round by a longer route. In reality, if you do not want to walk, it is very easy and cheap to get a cab back to the hotel. We used the hotel shuttle service a couple of times but you can't rely on being picked up if there are too many people.

This is a really nice hotel with good facilities - the room is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with a nice spacious balcony and a good view. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the indoor spa facilities including sauna and steam room which were included with the price. Note you will need to have a swimming cap (you can buy one for 5 euro!)

After the spa or indoor pool, you have to walk back in through main reception /restaurant area to access the pool lough area. Really need another door. You need to be aware that you might not stay in the hotel. We were in an apartment 3 blocks away from hotel. Slightly annoying. Off season and didn’t look like the rooms in the hotel were all is use.

Only a short distance walk (all steps) to the square in old town. A little shop on the corner to get water, treats etc. breakfast in the hotel was lovely. Great facilities with indoor spa, steam room, etc

Excellent rooms with large kitchen / lounge plus spacious bedroom. Could do with more sunbeds. Breakfast provided food choice of fruits, breads and hot food.

Property was very clean, big and spacious with plenty of natural light, had a lovely balcony with Ocean view. Plenty of space to cook and eat breakfast and fully equipped. Very close to Old town(only 2 mins walk) but hotel provides free and frequent bus service to Old town as the walking path has quite a few steep steps. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools were very well kept and so was Jacuzzi. A small corner shop right opposite the hotel. All in all, a fantastic place to stay. Only dislike is that the rooms are a bit dark, could do with improved lighting.
