Perhaps the only small negative would be the lack of car parking space attached to hotel.

We particularly liked the comfort of our room including the bed ; the wonderful breakfast and afternoon cake; and the friendliness of the staff. Very nice ambience in general. Looking forward to staying again.

Excellent stay and fantastic staff. Our second night here was during the major blackout, and the responsiveness of the staff was bar none. They made us feel comfortable, and escorted us to their other property in the morning for the full breakfast experience. Really thankful we decided to stay here and looking forward to going back. Breakfast was fresh each morning, and afternoon coffee/cake was superior. Also very attentive cleaning each day, and in a great location in the center of town.

Only complaint is the walls are VERY thin. Not much privacy for couples traveling and we sometimes could smell sewage. Not sure if this is a city issue or the building itself! But regardless we looked passed this and had an amazing stay as a couple. Beds we’re comfortable!

Love the location, BREAKFAST and simplicity of the rooms. The clean lobby and kind staff. We came for surf and booked last minute but would definitely stay again!

Breakfast and snacks were wonderful, the Hotel situated in the centre of Ericeira, the workers very attentive. It was a perfekt hotel for a perfekt vacation. I would certainly stay there again and will be surely recommended.

There was a slight smell of drains in both of the rooms, which does detract from the comfort. This might be a temporary problem, or a permanent one (if it's permanent, it might be worse at the height of the season). There were also some small flies in the room, which we managed to swat. One of our roooms was right on the street at ground level. Luckly it was not high season, otherwise it would have been noisy with evening revellers walking past. Nowhere obvious to leave valuables (and we could not see any note that they could be left at reception, which I suppose could have been the case if we had asked). This is a small hotel so there was just one member of staff at a time on reception and sometimes reception was not "manned", and the numbers provided (main desk and mobile) did not answer when I was trying to contact someone after locking my key in my room by mistake. It was perhaps 5-10 euro more expensive than expected per night, but then again Ericeira is expensive! However, we would definitely stay again, and enjoyed our stay, especially the staff and the breakfast and the common areas!

Really lovely "continental" breakfast, with great variety, including scrambled egg (the option of additional salt would have been good though). Fantastic to have the extra touches like beach towels on a deposit system at reception, free (delicious) afternoon cake, and 24 hour coffee available from a machine for free (really good quality) including decaff, plus some teas (including herbal infusions I think) and apples. Pleasant courtyard. One of the rooms we booked was up high and not looking on to the street, so that one was quiet. Members of staff at reception were very helpful.

Hotel was well located, staff were lovely and breakfast was great. We booked a room with a patio, but would have loved a couple of chairs outside on the patio (was empty). Was really clean and the room was a good size. Would stay again - good value.

the rooms was a bit small, but the space well thought and organised. the mattress didn't work, very soft giving no back support.

location was just perfect, right in the center of the city. staff was very kind and always available. breakfast had a wide selection of food and coffe +tea
