Beautiful pool area, fantastic location, nice staff and decent bedrooms - generally a nice vibe to the place.

United KingdomOnce I had drunk my complementary water in my room ( one litre plus three small bottles in fridge ) it was not replenished and there were no water dispensers in hotel. The hotel is a 15 -20 minute walk away from a shop. I tend to drink 2litres a day. Gym opens at 9am but would have preferred to get in at 8am, then eat breakfast. Pool the same.

United KingdomThe breakfast choice was first class ,the only item was the hot selection was not always hot it just needed the heat to turned up under the food containers.Apart from that everything was excellent so its only a suggestion. Stayed a few times at the Rio Park good to see so many of the staff still there after so many years.

Lovely breakfast and staff very helpful, we are in our seventies and we love a pot of tea first thing in morning not just a cup you have to make yourself .So young girl went into kitchen and brought us a try with 2 pots of piping hot tea to the table which we really enjoyed . Towels lovely and soft and big also white robe and slippers

United KingdomRoom service had to be constantly prompted about drinking water And milk in the room. The bed dipped in the middle But they did partially remedy it as soon as they were told. The breakfast was generally very good, but there was nobody cooking fresh eggs/omelettes. There was only one wardrobe with limited space for two peoples clothes and virtually no space for shoes. Overall, there was a slight feeling of parsimony as if the place was being run by an accountant!
