“I felt that this hotel staff was racist. I hope you will never go to this accommodation. They prioritized other guests over us. I decided to stay only 1 night, so I refused after promising a refund for 2 nights. I gave up the refund and took the loss and left.
Additionally, none of the languages other than French are spoken, and this is not a 3-star experience.
