A minus was the coffee which was bad (even at breakfast or at the bar), you just cannot have in such a luxurious room such bad coffee (I mean pliculețe nescafe). And also the fact that, although we paid for a master room, ate at the restaurant, and booked massages at the spa, sauna was not included in the price. It is not about the money it would have been a nice touch for the whole package. Also a nice touch would have been to have more toiletries in the room (link body lotion at least).

I really liked the location inside out, gardens are amazing, it deserves the retreat name with all the facilities. The rooms are beautiful and we felt really spoiled inside the room and outside in the gardens with all the pools and nice plants and view.

That the swimming pool was'closed as it was too cold which was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Reception taff were okay but not over welcoming although young water staff were very good.

The shower cabin was liking, so every time we used the shower the bathroom’ s floor was all wet.

The rooms were very nice, there were drinks and snacks available in the room. Nice quotes in the tables, also. Nice personale.

hard to not like something, it was really great place, i mean, how can you not like a place with a fire pit. it would be even better if we could access the jacuzzy comfortably from our room, not having to go with towels through the lobby

good energy. lot's of new age atmosphere, complementary salt room, close spa, pool and outdoor jacuzzy (which didnt' use because of lack of time and problem to access it)

The SPA is just across the hotel în a different building. Spa access for dry and steam sauna is paid even for hotel guests (12 Eur/person)

We liked enerything no complaints

Amazing place, great to recharge and come back rested and relaxed from your holiday, not more tired than when you left 🥰 very clean, lovely staff, amazing location , especially the outside area, garden pool, and spa. We had fun at the pool, playing pool and tennis and I also enjoyed an amazing massage at the lovely spa. The restaurant is also great, good food with fresh and delicious ingredients from their farm. We did not feel the need to go anywhere else to eat, there was a lot of variety in the menu and we had new things to try for 3 days. The breakfast was also super delicious, the coffee as well. A relaxing experience we really loved and we will certainly.go back. The founder has a holistic vision and principles founded on sustainability and health, which I greatly appreciated. Nothing to complain about, just a small suggestion , at the restaurant there are still plastic straws, and I think a good option would be paidinpai.ro, as it is sustainable and supporting a romanian business is also a positive thing. Air con broke and was a little slow in resolving.

Facilities, nice healthy breakfast, outside of city centre but close enough to take a cheap taxi in. Also close to the spa.

There was a constant noise in the room made by the ventilation system (with ac off) in room 2. Would be great to have that fixed. The pools also accommodate non guests so it can feel crowded by the pool. We barely found 2 sun loungers.

Nice place to book near Bucharest. Great massage facilities nearby. Overall a comfortable and relaxing place to stay at. It was our second visit and we will surely come back.

Unfortunately we came during a heat wave and the sunbeds were insufficient by the pool, another issue was the fact that the restaurant did not have air conditioning.

Very unique place with special atmosphere. Comfortable & spacious rooms with all you need in. Lovely staff, 2 nice pools & jacuzzi. Perfect location to Snagov lake, Bucharest, Therme, Edenland & more. Great place to relax.

The bed creaked at every movement, the air conditioner was loud, and even when it was turned off, it was still making some noises, the shower cabin was not sealed very well and the water was leaking outside. We stayed in room 2, maybe other rooms don't have these issues. Breakfast was ok, but it was very hot in that room. The water served at breakfast was bottled, but it was at room temperature (when outside were 40 degrees).

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, although it creaked at every movement. Breakfast was good. All in all it is ok if you just want some place to sleep closer to Therme.

Terrace not available due to multiple events. It’s ok to have events, but find a solution also for rest of the clients. Lots of water on bathroom floor from shower. So much that it didn’t even dry by morning.

The property is located in a rural area. You need to use Uber or rent a car to get around. The tennis courts were not in the best shape and some areas needed some upkeeping.

The room was lovely and spacious. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The staff were also lovely and friendly and attentive. There were plenty of places to relax and pass the time. The place was very quiet and relaxed.
